I know a lot of you are trying to relive 1969, (even if you weren't born yet) but how about you get over it and get back to work. Stop worrying about other peoples finances and improve your own. Just a thought.
We are running 103 jobs for every 20,000 that is looking. That is a fact ThinMan. So just to call you out a bit more to show how shallow you are, the fact that you reference one job posting for the 14+ million unemployed and the millions more that are not claiming unemployment or underemployed is heartless. Do some digging on the facts before you spew.

I like the thought but reality is harsh. It's fitting that we talk on Columbus day (no don't get into whether Columbus was good or bad please). My point is no one cares for you like you do. This is why socialism doesn't work when push comes to shove. someone will always be trying to get ahead of you. I'm not saying don't care for others, but...

Go on interviews? Are you kidding me? Why would I go through the trouble of getting a job? Isn't the whole point of this so that the government hands everyone the exact same amount of money?

Here's a thought: wake up to the stark reality that this great nation is facing! The younger generation is getting screwed. Period. Any what for? So the Boomers can have a comfortable retirement? Hardly a deep one, however.And if you believe that the problems that people hear see are not the same as those recognized by others, I believe you will find that they are. I suggest that you read some of the posts here. Most of us don't claim to exclusively have the solutions to these problems and are willing listen to you or anyone who has ideas or suggestions addressing them. The 99% includes you and you are welcome here as far as I am concerned. We are all working, as you seem to suggest, unless you mean, shut up, ignore the injustice and unfairness that you see and don't bother to try to fix it. In that case, no thank you.
