Forum Post: Better Website Needed!!!

I think you should take whatever donations you are getting and use it to build a better website! It is now while there is a lot of interest in this movement that you need it. The forum is TERRIBLE to read, and the news is scattered! You also desperately need an area that connects people to occupy zones near them. I live in a rural area and have spent a couple hours searching for where I can travel to that will be having a protest tomorrow (on Monday).

Thanks, Raven! That is a MUCH better website! They should link to it on the home page.

Try: http://www.occupytogether.org/

They are using meetup to help people organize protests across the world. It's amazing to see.

My proposition is as follows:

Among this group there must be a competent website developer, no? I propose a job fair is conducted to find the person, and perhaps provide some form of compensation (probably American dollars) so the individual is motivated to perform the requested work on the website.

The job fair could also be conducted by local or national businesses to find other workers for professions they are currently lacking. My experience has been if you have technical skills (engineering, math, science), or medical skills (physician assistant, doctor, etc) then most likely you will be able to find a job. You need to be qualified, and possible relocate, but if you have the skills you can probably get hired.
