OWS, Thank you for being our,my,the 99% voice in the streets. I've been waiting for this to happen for a long time. Together we will create true change on many issues not just political or financial. We must continue to rise reguardless of any and all criticism. The only part of the 99% that may not support are those who are still employed by the 1%. or those who think there must be clear demands made now, but there are to many honest demands that need to be made to list. We not only have the power of We the People but Spirit is working through you, you are doing his work and it will be done. Please continue to rise for postive true change. You have our support. I'm in the process of putting together a fb page of links about all things OWS from as many sources as possible as well as other links I feel are issues that should be part of the change needed to see peace and prosperity for all people. So when I leave this planet there's still resources for my children and grandchildren. Please post links anytime to Paridigm Shift facebook friends change. I will be down there to meet all of you who are doing what some of us aren't able to do. Keep rising!!
If you can make pasta, you can boil milk solids. This resin can be made into http://www.reprapcentral.com/ & made more efficient with http://www.arduino.cc/ & some computer skills, & it's free since it's open-source. There are groups who will help you create a Reprap. From this 3-D Printer, you can make plates, utensils, sandals toys & finally, you can then make the parts for an aqua-culture fish farm basin & hydroponics vegetable, or sustainable food production. Then a water catch & filtration system, (ever have a pool, not much more complicated). A little wind & or solar tech to power it all, built into an http://www.earthship.org/ (which is a sustainable home made from reused/recycled materials) All we need are cows, silicon, fish, seeds, old tire yards, (i'll be honest, i don't know how solar works, but i can make electricity with magnets). The point is, Off the Grid, Sustainability, is possible & cheaper, because it's open-sourced. This is the backbone of a new civilization, one that doesn't need money, politics, corporations, religion, poverty or war. Imagine, what would this do for the welfare state? & how this kind of "Welfare-to-work" program, could get people off the dole, forever! We as a society, could then recreate our education systems, so that they focused, on early development of the Trivium & Quadrivium, before High School. Then, in high school, each child would be ready to create that which i described above. Imagine now, that each child, had the knowledge of creating & maintaining their own sustainable, off the grid home, before they went off to college?
The Truth does exist, & it is Knowable. & the Truth is, we can create the Paradigm Shift, ourselves.
I agree, there are a number of ways to be self-sufficient. The only problem I see is for someone trying to do this alone or in a urban environment. They're are many zoning laws all over the country pertaining to live stock and other issues. There are also many people who want to be self-sufficient, unfortunately they don't have family to help, disabled,elderly, or don't have the means to create this themselves. I've seen a number of sustainable communities across the world. Each one has it's own rules or beliefs, but this isn't for everyone.
im right there with you. i have also been waiting and preparing for this. never give in, never surrender. for the sake of the human race. Channel deep within yourselves and manifest destiny! Power up People!!

awesome to hear somebody else on the right track. We need sub forums and a wiki and meaningful organization to make a paradigm shift happen.
Very true and it's happening pretty quick since this all is a leaderless movement. We lead now and change is already in the air.

There are a vast number of people outside the 1% who will not support this, but that is only on a conditional basis aligned with their level of understanding of it. No part of the agenda you outline can contain anything disparaging those who "won't support", but instead the focus should be on how to educate them to the contrary.

No worries, I'm a huge fan of the paradigm shift concept.
My thought when writing this was of the bank teller for BOA who won't go protest out of fear they'll be fired. I've also seen the "save myself" mentality when people start getting laid off from thier jobs, some out of fear of being next don't speak up.
