Occupy Los Angeles General Discussion I believe that ths movement has to accomplish something and camping infront of city hall endlessly will get nothing accomplished. So I created a petition to make lobbying illegal made out to John Boehner and Harry Reid.
Please sign this immediately and get everyone you know to sign this. Post the link to this petition everywhere that you can which would help a lot. Let us actually get something accomplished.
What we need is a combination of massive unrelenting protests and occupations EVERYWHERE; with civil disobedience, economic boycotts and massive non-compliance. This will be effective and the 1% will start hitting back hard, using their agents, provocateurs, infiltrators and major psyops.People will start disappearing. We should economically try to immobilize corporations like Monsanto since this movement is now global.
You'll have to live some years to know this, but this has been done hundreds of times, with no effect...indeed with every petition it only seems to get worse. We are now under FASCISM, and a police state, and fascists, and police states don't give a hoot about petitions; as a matter of fact, they laugh at them. I appreciate your effort though.
