The Kill Toshiba Clan!

I want you to speak truth to power! Say it once, say it twice. Say it loud. Say it proud. I'm down with the KTC. The Revolution starts here!

The KTC is committed to the destruction of Toshiba through non-violent means. If you think Walmart is bad, here is just a taste of what Toshiba has done:

Here is some of what they have done to people in America:

Their Piss poor designs helped cause the nuclear disaster in Japan. Yes, they are fucking everyone!

Toshiba openly commits warranty fraud. Toshiba commits global terrorism by spreading nuclear filth around. So, I say we have Toshiba committed!

If that isn't enough, here's the Toshiba Horror Story Trilogy

Death to Toshiba through non-violent means.

And this is the guy at Toshiba who was in charge of screwing people over:

i don't know what can be said. I agree with your gist of things but wish this wasn't here, because its too much for most people to ever manage and thus is like a cognitive dissonance hammer likely to allow some of the spin doctors to make us all out to be wingnuts. On the other hand, i think you have some very fine and even crucially important points. I won't personally discuss it deeper here because i don't believe this is the place for it, but I admire you in your ability to craft this message and in essence agree with where it goes. I'd again invite you to come to the wiki where i think it would be a lot more utilitarian to discuss instead of somewhat off topic and distracting. I understand that these issues are important to you and they are also important to me, but i think you are missing the larger picture here about what our priorities really need to be in the informational sense.

Thank you for your warm invitation to come to your thread.

peace and light, and much appreciation to you for carrying this torch. :)

[-] 0 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

I leave it to you to bring to wiki. Better yet, bring it to Anonymous! Toshiba is was using UPS as cover, and Toshiba was also using some lackey named Guy Lugo and or Guy Michael Prior to commit mass warranty fraud. These animals must be stopped!

[-] 0 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

Toshiba has made the American government their bitch! They have made the Japanese government their bitch. They are nasty, but luckily, they are very stupid. We must stop them! They try to keep it on the down low, but they are very powerful, and they are everywhere!

The Revolution starts here! No one can silence the Revolution!

Can I just get the Cliff Notes?

[-] 0 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

Basically, Toshiba makes money in the U.S. buy committing waranty fraud on Their laptops, and they use that money to buy into other things like nuclear power plants.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toshiba

This is the way they have always done business. Screw the people on one thing, and use the profits to get into something else.

Anyways, the KTC welcomes you with open arms!

It's awful. I'm also doing a piece on Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They knew their cars didn't work yet the rented them out to people and two sisters were driving somewhere and died. The company tried to blame the sisters, saying they were careless, but the parents fought for years and finally won.

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

No, it's exactly on topic. Dell is trying to be Toshiba jr. The difference is Toshiba is in the Nuclear power plant business. And we all see how well that turned out in Japan! Protest starts at home. How can you possibly say Toshiba is worse then Dow, Monsanto, and dozens of other American-based corporations? This strikes me as simply another attempt at diversion; this time from internal reform to pro-nationalism - something that is at the moment counter productive, and completely irrelevent to this cause.

[-] -1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

Because this company takes a perverse pleasure from commiting warranty fraud against those who can't defend themselves when they are perfectly capable of building equipment that works. This is not diversion. Your statement reminds me of the time an older gentleman said Nixon was the worst, most evil, corrupt President we ever had, and did more to destroy this country then any other President. I didn't believe him until I researched it myself and realized how right he was. Toshiba really is world-wide, they treat their female employees like second-class citizens, and they create a disaster wherever they go.

http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/01/31/us-toshiba-bias-lawsuit-idUSTRE70U52520110131

[-] 2 points by GypsyKing (8708) 12 years ago

Do you have any Idea how really, really, evil some American Corporations have been? How about producing napalm to incinerate millions of people in Vietnam who never did anything to us - can you top that? I have no doubt that Toshiba is engaged in evil practices, but to set them apart from the long history of the sheer evil of American Corprorations is rediculous. Maybe you need to research that as well as Trick Dick, who I remember clearly. See, in those days reporters actually covered our wars for imperial greed. We saw the horror of it daily, and nothing the Nazis ever did was worse than what we did in Southeat Asia under Johnson and Nixon; and it was American corporations who manufactued the napalm that burned hundreds of thousands of infants alive. I respect your disgust with Toshiba, but lets get real here, the corporate structure and the military industrial complex as a whole that are at fault here, and we must go after them as a whole, rather than selecting particular examples. Where would you even start?

[-] 0 points by Chugwunka (89) from Willows, CA 12 years ago

The use of napalm killed millions? Burned "hundreds of thousands of INFANTS alive? REALLY?

[-] 1 points by GypsyKing (8708) 12 years ago

Yes, really.

[-] 0 points by Chugwunka (89) from Willows, CA 12 years ago

Talk about believing propaganda......

[-] 2 points by GypsyKing (8708) 12 years ago

You think the Vietman War never happened? It was the greatest mistake this country ever made, and I don't think the resulting death toll in Southeat Asia has ever been tabulated. The Kimer Rouge in Cambodia came to power, replacing a long standing and fairly benevolent monarchy, as a result of that war, and the uncounted millions of their own people they slaughtered must burden our conscience to this day, along with the multitudes who died in Laos, not to mention the horrific death toll of at least three million in Vietnam itself.

These are facts, my friend, not propoganda. Their is a distinction between the two, which you are apparently incapable of making.

[-] 0 points by Chugwunka (89) from Willows, CA 12 years ago

Oh for .... Yes I know all of that. You keep screaming about killing millions of babies with napalm. Quit with the fucking lies!

[-] 1 points by GypsyKing (8708) 12 years ago

Thay aren't lies. We dropped more napalm and phosphorus bombs on vietnam then the entire tonnage we dropped in World War II. Most of these bombs, not to mention B-52 strikes, were dropped on incindiary, thatched-roof villages, on women and children, because their husbands and sons were living on rice, squatting in the jungle, fighting off a foreign oppressor, and dying at a rate of 100 to 1 compared to American soldiers.

This is the historically verified truth; this is what happened and Robert Macnamera (sp) the "architect" of that war, at least had the guts to admit that he was horribly wrong.

These are facts. Sorry if they contradict your opinions.

[-] 0 points by Chugwunka (89) from Willows, CA 12 years ago

Wow. Just, wow. You are truly incapable of independent thought. Aren't you? Go away filth. You are a waste of time.

[-] 1 points by GypsyKing (8708) 12 years ago

I notice you didn't try to rebut a single one of these facts - so go on living in your wierd fantasy world. where everything is still "Leave it To Beaver."

It is you and all those who can't face the truth, as a prerequisite for moving forwards to a better world, based upon truth, that are a waste of time. Try cracking some book other than The Old Testement.

After WWII we had the whole world on our side, if we had stuck to our founding principals, and really tried to spread democracy and prosperity we could have ushered in a new enlightened age. We blew it and instead went for greed and oppression. We must acknowledge that, and atone for it, if we are to once again embrace those genuine principles, and that is what we must do, for ourselves and for the world.

[-] 0 points by Chugwunka (89) from Willows, CA 12 years ago

Refuting filthy Marxist propaganda is an exercise in futility. Go away Red scum. You are murderous filth that should be confined to a labor camp.

[-] 1 points by GypsyKing (8708) 12 years ago

That filthy Marxest propoganda is historical fact. You might try cracking a book instead of placing you convictions in a slot machine; and by the way, the filthy Marxest propogandists are now American corporations shipping our industrial base to Communist China, and then telling us we should like it. Is there anything that can pull the wool off the eyes of guys like you? Anything?

[-] 0 points by Chugwunka (89) from Willows, CA 12 years ago

Sigh....so obvious... Time for the Roma filth of the world to......go away... You and your kind are tiresome....

[-] 1 points by GypsyKing (8708) 12 years ago

What is so obvious you monosylabic monkey? If you want to be on this forum, you might try to have something to say - anything.

Goddamnit, can't you see this is a dicussion to solve this country's problems? What the hell are you actually contributing here? Go back to your slot machines, and leave this to the adults. I try very hard to be patient with everyone here, I really do, but YOU have the intellect of a forth grade child. Save us all a lot of pointless annoyance, and find some other completely unproductive passtime! . . . Damnit!

[-] 1 points by shoozTroll (17632) 12 years ago

Herr Goebbels, I'm still here.

Will answer the question?

[-] 0 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

To win a war you have to go after strategic targets. You try to find the weakest link. Toshiba has a huge amount of power and resources, but they are a weak link because they're dumb. Plus, take pride in hurting consumers that can't defend themselves, along with being partly responsible for the nuclear accident in Japan this year, while managing fairly well to cover their tracks.

[-] 1 points by GypsyKing (8708) 12 years ago

Than go after them with all you got! But somehow we need to aquire the means of not aiming our arrows at too many targets, and of formulating coordinated action. That was the thrust of my argument, not that Toshiba shouldn't be forced at account for their crimes:)

[-] 0 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

Please read this. I was already on Toshiba's heels when this happened. It's not the worst thing Toshiba did, but it was what pushed me over the edge.

What you write, requires a detailed study. Moreover, from different points of view. What guarantee is there that you do not want to - simply to knock out the money for this or that project? This is not a suspicion - call for objectivity.

[-] 0 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

By all means, verify what I say is true. Those people on facebook would be more than glad to verify my statements.

[-] 1 points by Peretyatkov (241) from город Пенза, Пензенская область 12 years ago

I believe You. However, there may be suspicion. They occur when there is no complete official transparency. We all, sometimes are suspect the Church, in that, is it lies, and, that there is no God. While everyone knows that this is not the case.

I hope everyone on this thread is enjoying the psyops =psychological operations as they divert your attention off of the 1%; away from American corporations; and their financial coup d'etat upon our government. How easy people can be manipulated away from the target.

[-] 1 points by Edgewaters (912) 12 years ago

Indeed. Have a little hope, though, I do not believe very many are actually fooled by these antics. Most just do not feel any great need to comment on them. Most of this thread seems to be just the op jumping up and down all by himself.

We should participate in a toshiba boycott if the Japanese initiate it. This avoids international hostilities amoungst global populations.Occupy Japan could initiate it or some other japanese activist group.

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 13 years ago

No, because the American branch is doing terrible things to American people, and if you check out that facebook wall link I have, you'll see Toshiba has branches all over the world and they pull the same shit! We can't wait

The Revolution starts now!

[-] 1 points by rosewood (543) 13 years ago

In the interest of OWS well being and survival; why wouldn't you want to have Japanese activists call for this; and if this undermined and destroyed OWS would you care...I asked you this before, and in essence I think you were completely unconcerned for OWS survival. I notice that you're not interested in going through OWS general assembly either, so that answers the question.

[-] 0 points by stuartchase (861) 13 years ago

The Nihonjin can join the KTC. We don't disriminate, unlike Toshiba who is anti-woman! Like I said, Toshiba is a global terrorist and the KTC can't wait!

http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/01/31/us-toshiba-bias-lawsuit-idUSTRE70U52520110131

[-] 2 points by rosewood (543) 13 years ago

Are you co-opting OWS ? You don't seek OWS's wellbeing; you're seeking to develope a separate clan from within OWS; you have no intention or desire to respect OWS process by getting your action to the general assembly...so you're working within, using divert, divide and conquer. Psyops in progress.

[-] -1 points by stuartchase (861) 13 years ago

You're like the old time wrestling announcer who always cheers for the bad guy! You need to wake up! Toshiba is a global terrorist just like Hitler was a global terrorist, and we need to destroy Toshiba just like we destroyed Hitler.

The Revolution starts here!

[-] 2 points by rosewood (543) 13 years ago

Well we've had this discussion before; and it's self evident that you care nothing at all about OWS. I'm not confident that others can see what you're about and up to; but that's the way it is. Redirecting the revolution AWAY from OWS...clever...very cever psyops..and right before our eyes lol

[-] -1 points by stuartchase (861) 13 years ago

No, you're just some clown with a lot of stock in Toshiba and you don't mind profiting off the misery of the 99%!

[-] 1 points by rosewood (543) 13 years ago

Actually boycotting Toshiba as individuals is probably a good thing..but not as a project of OWS.

[-] 0 points by stuartchase (861) 13 years ago

We are against bad people and groups of influence. They are a bad group of influence. Of course it's a project of OWS. It's a project of every human being who believes in truth and justice! By the way, welcome back to the KTC! Come on, just say it once! I'm down with the KTC!

The domain: www.toshibasucks.com is available at godaddy.com. I've always had ASUS. Customer service varies from company to company, and from time to time as well. It's been very frustrating when you buy a product that is so bad you might as well flush your cash down the toilet.

I recommend starting a webpage where there is one place where everyone who has a story about this company can come and tell it. I would work with an attorney on the disclaimer and TOS so you don't get sued for defamation.

But, putting everything in one place has a psychological effect. I had thought about having a site called badcop.com where I would just post stories of cops who got arrested and various stories of corruption. By the time you would read through all those stories you would be wondering if there were any good cops, you know, like when you look at a lot of porn and wonder if everyone isn't doing it.

[-] 0 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

The problem with a website is you have to generate traffic. The traffic was already here. I just had to provide evidence.

That's not the point. Toshiba is unique in that it profits by selling stuff that breaks quickly, then charging you again when you send it in for warranty service. They also have a problem building nuclear power plants, and they have this issue too:

Anyways, if you change your mind, the KTC would love to have you as a member.

Ok, I put in on my to-do list right after "save the USA from crazy socialist kids".

How are you going to save the USA from crazy socialist kids? Do you own a firearm? Do you even know how to fight? At least you're promoting the post. Maybe you can read Atlas Shrugged to them.

There are FAR worse corporations than Toshiba. They make bad laptops. Big deal... so too does Dell.

Toshiba is a small-time ripoff artist compared to companies that (a) charge customers $7000 for bad engines (b) force workers to slave-away for 100+ hours of overtime (c) suspend access to the internet for no reason except they "used it too much" (d) ask Congress to give them 1.5 trillion from taxpayer wallets

Toshiba built two of the nuclear reactors in that Japan meltdown. They used the money they got from ripping off people in other businesses to get into the nuclear business.

Do you really want this company to have any involvement in nuclear power in this country? Toshiba should not be in the nuclear power business at all, but they are. We should do everything in our power to stop them.

[-] 0 points by theaveng (602) 12 years ago

I don't think anybody is to blame for that nuke meltdown. That was the largest earthquake and tsunami in Japan's recorded history. NONE of today's reactors... not the ones built by GE or Three Mile Island or Daimler or..... are built to handle that kind of impact. If you want to blame somebody, blame Mother Nature for being a cranky and destructive old lady.

The violations this plant had were off the chart. Toshiba got involved with this plant in 2006. They built two of the reactors. They knew about the problems and they did nothing.
