Forum Post: What the Government is really up to!

Posted 12 years ago on Dec. 2, 2011, 1:12 a.m. EST by stuartchase (861)
This content is user submitted and not an official statement

You might think the government is always plotting against you, and they have an army of super agents to spy on you. Here's the truth. In various locations, they had to hire twice as many janitors becauses the G men and women kept messing the floor. The best part is management won't even acknowledge the floor is being messed. When one female mentioned she had to wipe up the floor because she was so embarassed, everyone just pretended they didn't hear her.

I just wanted you to know that this is what is controlling you. You're being controlled by animals. Animals!

It's not that we have been controlled or are being controlled. The truth is far closer to this: We have been asleep at the wheel and let the car just go wherever the ruts in the road took it.

I know it seems like there is no way to retake the government, but the system is built specifically so that we can do just that. The way to get our representatives to do their jobs properly is to make them fear us by exercising our collective electoral muscle and refusing to accept anything less than total satisfaction from that moment on. Remind them who they really work for.

The government is ours, but it is up to us to accept the responsibility of self-government or nothing will ever really change. We have been given the means to reassert our control, we just have to do it.

The greatest challenge we face now is keeping ourselves awake under the media onslaught that will take place over the next year. Our best hope comes simply from keeping this movement alive and vital until the elections. OWS is the embodiment of our will to power. We must not give in until we have satisfaction.

if we could really connect with the people of the US we could make huge changes quickly. We need to have the right attitudes for this fight. We need to fight this fight and make these changes not for us but for everyone else. Selfishness and greed need to be kept at bay. Or we will not be able to do any good, only make change is not good enough, it must be good change, the kind the US government should be doing but is not..

[-] 1 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 12 years ago

Oh no, the nation is under control. The masses voting for two fascist parties this november will prove it.

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

I agree. It would be like taking candy from a baby. :)

[-] 1 points by jjuussttmmee (607) 12 years ago

it should be like just participating in OUR government (not like taking candy from a baby) but they have pushed the voter out of the picture in their fight for more power and control they forgot that they are supposed to serve US. You know.. I want to know what you need from your government and if you have suggestions we have a good way for you to bring your good suggestions to the government for debate and consideration. You know like a government that claimed to be byu the people for the people would look like.

Animals!

No doubt. And we will feed them with biscuits and so they will tame, and we shall have them as pets whose clear eyed vision shows them the path of self interest . . .

here kitty kitty . . .

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

No, we give these fuckers $16 muffins. The DOJ paid $16 per muffin at some god damn function. Look it up.

[-] 1 points by ZenDogTroll (13032) from South Burlington, VT 12 years ago

I had heard that - it was on the news. Later the news station that aired the original story looked again at the numbers - I can't recall how they revised them down, but they did.

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

There are lots of ways to rework numbers, but in general, the government spends top dollar for the worst junk.

[-] 1 points by Puzzlin (2898) 12 years ago

Yeah, but does it fit your narrative Stuart?

If it does keep it with your other pack of lies. That lie I believe came Bill O'liely. And it has been debunked since Bill-O lies incessantly, no surprise there.

But now at least we know your a Faux News Fan who drinks the koolaide with the rest of that audience. No matter if it's misinformation, the koolaide sure tastes good, Right Stuart?

Aren't you on a short leash?

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

I have seen government waste first hand. I have watched the janitors clean up the messed floors. This is the only place you have to get attention. Out side of this forum. No one gives a damn whether you live or die. The same cannot be said for me.

Now, make sure to follow my every word like the shamless tool that you are.

[-] 1 points by Puzzlin (2898) 12 years ago

And, there it is, your trolling once more. You have no respect for others, so why should anybody care about what you say?

Are you afraid me?

Afraid of the truth, are you?

You want a free ride to disseminate your lies here. I found your leash by the way. My hand is on it. Feel it?

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

I thought you were going to get me kicked out of here. Why don't you bite me you hump?

[-] 1 points by Puzzlin (2898) 12 years ago

I may get infected with that. Not that I didn't have the thought. You shouldn't be feeding me ideas. Isn't that a break with the troll creed?

[-] 1 points by Puzzlin (2898) 12 years ago

It's stuck in committee somewhere. Something about bigger fish to fry.

Does this mean your just a small fish? (don't worry about the frying bit, they were just kidding. LoL)

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

Good, because if you ever tried to hurt me in any way, you would end up dead or in jail.

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

If you don't say anything, no one will know how stupid you really are. :)

[-] 1 points by Puzzlin (2898) 12 years ago

Is that the same thing as there's no stupid questions?

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

You are nothing.

[-] 1 points by ZenDogTroll (13032) from South Burlington, VT 12 years ago

that needs to stop. People who contract with the government need to perceive the service they are providing - rather than the pot of gold they are raiding.

there is a huge difference.

Some serious jail time for that kind of thing seems reasonable to me.

Once pot is legal I'm sure we'll have plenty of empty cells to get started on the

ZenDog ReEDucation Campaign

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

I wish you luck on legalizing pot. But you're going to have an uphill battle from those on the right and left.

[-] 2 points by ZenDogTroll (13032) from South Burlington, VT 12 years ago

it's inevitable at some point. Since I don't use drugs, and don't sell drugs, you might think I have no horse in that race.

Then again, with over 45,000 dead below our southern border since 2006, one is inspired to reconsider . . .

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

No one cares. That's why it will continue. No one cares. As for pot, it makes people fell good that pot isn't openly legal. It's sad but true. :(

[-] 1 points by ZenDogTroll (13032) from South Burlington, VT 12 years ago

well, I care.

I know I'm not alone.

Maybe if I say I actually do care, it'll give you permission to claim the same. Maybe it'll spread.

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

I care, it's just I can't do anything about it. I post for over two weeks evidence that Toshiba screws people much more than walmart and I promoted the shit out of it, and no one cares. Then I post that G-men and women soil the bathroom, I do almost nothing to promote it, and people can't get enough of it. :(

[-] 1 points by ZenDogTroll (13032) from South Burlington, VT 12 years ago

Something you have to accept as a writer - when you compose something, and put it out into the universe, it becomes it's own thing - something you no longer have control over.

I've seen your posts on Toshiba. I won't buy toshiba products thanks to you - but I don't own any right now.

There are a lot of issues, and a lot of companies screwing people. A lot of companies are using the repelican party to screw us all.

Each of us does what we can - and then we move on to do the next right thing. That's all.

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

The main point I was making with Toshiba, is that unlike walmart, Toshiba has fucked every American, along with people worldwide, and they have managed to get away with it. The best thing people could do is knock Toshiba out of the Nuclear Power Plant business.

[-] 1 points by barb (835) 12 years ago

Congress has just signed the defense bill that will permit martial law on its American citizens. This means our freedom of speech and our right to protest will be taking away from us. They have put Obama in a tight position since if he signs it, he won't be re-elected.

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

He will sign it, and the government will act as it always acts, when it's easy to enforce the law they will, but if there is any difficulty in enforcing the law, those in charge will not enforce the law.

[-] 1 points by 1169 (204) 12 years ago

good dont sign it

[-] 1 points by jjuussttmmee (607) 12 years ago

The way to get our representatives to do their jobs properly is to make them fear us by exercising our collective electoral muscle and refusing to accept anything less than total satisfaction from that moment on. Remind them who they really work for.

I agree they should work for us...... good luck with that, they use re-redistricting so we can not vote them out of office. We tried to clear out the incumbents but their tricks were stronger than votes.

[-] 2 points by jjuussttmmee (607) 12 years ago

OWS should be looking for candidates to run for election this year. But first it needs to define its demands and focus on a set of demands to push thru. Focus guys. they are NOT stupid they are very tricky lie and want to hold on to power

[-] 2 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

As I've said, they're very stupid, and easily tricked. You can bribe most of them with a fancy toster.

[-] 1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

You are only controlled by what you allow to control you

[-] 2 points by jjuussttmmee (607) 12 years ago

if you get a loan you are being controlled by that loan. slave like control, why would anyone chose that?

[-] 1 points by LoveAndRespect (106) 12 years ago

you can choose to not pay that loan...you can choose anything you want...i just recommend following your heart. fear controls, love & gratitude liberates

[-] 1 points by jjuussttmmee (607) 12 years ago

it would be (for me and my morals) morally wrong to not repay a loan I took out. My word is something I value and If I give my word I better do what I said I would do, or I would lose respect for me. love & gratitude liberates I agree

[-] 1 points by LoveAndRespect (106) 12 years ago

to each his own. i respect that. others may feel that defaulting is the greater of two evils, because of realizations about how the financial industry works and cannot morally continue to support the suffering it creates.

[-] 1 points by jjuussttmmee (607) 12 years ago

do not borrow in the first place and the power of the banks over you is non-existent. If you save and spend cash, the banks go broke. Do we really need banks? Do you believe that a credit rating is worth working for? Then you drank the kool aid the bank is giving out free to idiots, and borrowers who think ancient truths are no longer valid in today's world. Be NOT a borrower or a lender, who told us that? and why?

[-] 1 points by LoveAndRespect (106) 12 years ago

these idiots you speak of are our brothers and sisters.

please be respectful and compassionate to those who may have something to learn from your wisdom, and realize you may have something to learn from theirs.

[-] 1 points by jjuussttmmee (607) 12 years ago

ok brothers and sisters i respectfully say that you have been his informed about the value of a credit rating. I will have compassion for you by re-explaining how it is wrong to be a borrower or lender. You know of course that all religions 1000 years ago agreed that charging of interest was WRONG! Only the Muslims still believe that way, praise to them for that. What is wrong with the rest of you? have you been manipulated into believing you must keep up with the Jones? and that you need to borrow money to achieve your dreams. Has someone bad mouthed the best book of advice to the point where you refuse to believe anything it says? I thinks so

[-] 1 points by LoveAndRespect (106) 12 years ago

I agree with you. Disengage from the military-industrial-complex. Everyone who realizes this...

We cannot blame those that have grown up and been conditioned their whole lives with propaganda -> which includes ALL concepts that have been imposed upon our consciousness from childhood.

[-] 1 points by jjuussttmmee (607) 12 years ago

how do you "Disengage from the military-industrial-complex"?? it seems to drive the world, consumption ect.. that's a lot of concepts from childhood (grin).

[-] 1 points by LoveAndRespect (106) 12 years ago

yes, everything that isn't coming from within is from conditioning.

you disengage by being yourself...but more specifically i was using your example of not using the banks

[-] 1 points by jjuussttmmee (607) 12 years ago

not using banks is a interesting concept to mentally follow that trail to its end....

[-] 1 points by jjuussttmmee (607) 12 years ago

a loan enslaves how complicated is that? and a loan is gambling, also wrong by opinion of some religions we need more than people standing up saying we want change, we need to tell them exactly what to change and how to change it. for example. WE want the government to forever more to spend cash only and to never borrow again. that would be a clear demand that we could work towards.

[-] -1 points by stuartchase (861) 12 years ago

It's not always that simple. But you are right to an extent.

[-] 2 points by LoveAndRespect (106) 12 years ago

everything is as simple or complex as we make it. the mind usually makes things more complex, while the heart makes things simpler.

[-] 2 points by madcat (47) 12 years ago

and reality is found by the best balance between the mind and the heart
