6 million people have died in CIA covert actions John Stockwell ( Ex CIA Station Chief )
John Stockwell, former CIA Station Chief in Angola in 1976, working for then Director of the CIA, George Bush. He spent 13 years in the agency. He gives a short history of CIA covert operations. He is a very compelling speaker and the highest level CIA officer to testify to the Congress about his actions. He estimates that over 6 million people have died in CIA covert actions, and this was in the late 1980's.

Angola was a country with an absolutely brutal regime born out of civil war that tested south africa which finally invaded and then russia suggested quite strongly to cuba to send troops and another cold war hot spot erupted....I personally know an Angolan refugee who's testimony i have heard. The communists killed his whole family raping his 10 year old sister to death in front of him while he hid.....

Conspiracy theorists have taken over this site. This is a very bad sign for OWS. It's very sad. A new better world can only be created if we promote logical thought instead of conspiracy theory type pseudoscience. These types of posts need to be eliminated from the discussion.

I have to disagree ... about removing posts... would it not be better to validate or invalidate them ? .... personally I don't know how much of the post is valid or not... which is one of the reasons I posted.it... because it is flying all around the internet... and I thought we should see it... it does look suspicious to me btw...

The ones making claims are the ones who bear the burden of proof. Further more, extraordinary claims required extraordinary evidence. It's impossible to prove a negative, and conspiracy theorists seldom respect basic scientific principles such as falsifiability and parsimony. Unless one can provide very strong evidence for his fetched claims, I believe those claims should be erased from this forum. I do not consider youtube videos and conspiracy theory websites as valid sources of evidence.
If you still disagree, I have a small test for you. Can you invalidate the ludicrous claims in the posting below? If you can show that these claims are absolutely false beyond the shadow of a doubt, I will agree with you.

Conspiracy theories are one of the biggest problem of our time. It's an absolute abomination that we are letting logical thought be slain in this way. Unfortunately, it's also very dangerous.
