If only leaders in the US and the world would just have a piece of her courage and not be cowered down by intimidation nor be bought out, what a world this could be.

Shame on all the cowards that sit in a Congress that allowed this to happen, they are just as culpable as those criminals who committed this crime and continue to perpetuate these to the shouts of delight and applause by Congress.

Can a sovereign state be tried for crimes (too many leaders to be called to be prosecuted), what is the International Court of Justice's stand on such blatant crimes?

Well you might need to stop your practice of just observing and try working for an Article 5 convention because if 3/4 of the states are ratifying congress has no voice whatsoever.

This is mandated in the Declaration of Independence.

1) This crime 8 years ago is a specific of what has been going on for the past many decades and is being perpetuated even now.

2) OWS is a global revolution against crimes against humanity, furthermore the US in its silence makes it equally responsible.

5) Is truth anti-semitic (so main stream media would agree and so will people pushing false propaganda)

6) This is not marginalization of any religious group but rather an exposure of what crimes are being committed armored by the name of a religion; no true religion would advocate such crimes, so this would mean an abuse of religion.

Rachel Aliene Corrie (April 10, 1979 – March 16, 2003) was an American member of the International Solidarity Movement (ISM). She was killed in the Gaza Strip by an Israel Defence Forces (IDF) bulldozer when she was standing or kneeling in front of a local Palestinian's home, thus acting as a human shield, attempting to prevent the IDF from demolishing the home. The IDF stated that the death was due to the restricted angle of view of the IDF Caterpillar D9 bulldozer driver, while members of the International Solidarity Movement said "there was nothing to obscure the driver's view."[1] A student at The Evergreen State College, she had taken a year off to travel to the Gaza Strip during the Second Intifada.[2]

How far away was the bulldozer when she started kneeling? If the driver was far away when Rachel started kneeling the driver should be able to see Rachel. Any way of proving my theory?

I'm not really sure what this post as to do with Occupy and why the issue is being raised 8 years after the tragedy.

The event happened in 2003 and there was more than one investigation. There are many contradicting affidavits and the driver also commented. You can real a lot of information on the Wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rachel_Corrie

It's also worth having a look at the bulldozer since it's taller than normal everyday American bulldozers.

Anyone would expect the bulldozer to stop, a few soldiers would appear and take her to jail. I bet the imbecile driving the bulldozer thought she was a nobody and no government would care or do anything about it. Now we know he was right.

Since her parents could not count with the US government, they decided to look for justice in the Israeli court system. An impossible dream, of course.

Who said she committed suicide? I think the confusion is whether it was an accident or murder. Did you read the inquires and the affidavits. Nobody on either side thinks it was a suicide. There are people on both sides who think it was an accident. One of her friend activists admits under oath that she slipped when climbing down the pill of dirt. The question is did the driver see her or not? There's no way to prove if he did or didn't. I believe in innocent until proven guilty.

She committed suicide. She was willing to sacrifice her life for a house and a cause. Getting in front of a bulldozer is risking one's life. She "probably" thought they would stop?" she traded her life, on purpose.

She certainly was taking a big risk and she must of known she could have been killed. That's certain. Did she really commit suicide to become a martyr for the cause? It doesn't really seem like it. Not from what I have read.
