Let's be honest here, no one needs assault weapons. And this is from a lifelong gun owner.
Please answer and be honest.
Right now the only people that I know of who need and use assault weapons are military.

What do you have planned that requires an assault rifle?
What does DHS have planned that needs 450m rnds of 40cal?

Assault rifles can keep the peace, the freedom and the rights. Its all about intention. If the gov intended to follow the law, the constitution, they wouldn't need 450 m rnds of 40 cal.
All that stuff is from BS emergency order or presidentual directives. Unconstitutonal. That' why presidents declare emergencies so often because after 18 months there is an automatic removal of emergency.

Yes they are, read the comments on the Huffington Post. Lots of calls for repealing the second amendment.
They dont need to repeal it. Just arrest teh protesters enough that it scares away any newcomers.
No ban needed.
No one in power.
