Vote for Obama in 2012 why? it should be obvious to any righteous American why he or she should vote for Obama in 2012 , And i want to get your opinion on why you would or would not vote for him , Also any theories about why Obama would want to sabotage his own campaign and bring about his own presidential demise , This is part of a theory that was brought to my attention by a former Obama supporter and i am not going to divulge his identity unless he says so because i do not want more of these idiotic insults meant for me to tip over , so i am not a fkng troll i am only a man who is assisting the OWS movement like everyone else is at least supposed to be , and with all the spy and real what you call troll action on this site , i am still quite certain that real people will find other real people to come to a real solution ,

You're right I do not know how much exactly for sure he and his entourage are spending. What I know is that even the appearance of surfing in the sun when half of the country is unable to pay heating bills, is definitely poor judgment. As for the muffins, indeed there were muffins and they did cost that much money; it's also true that the cost of the muffins included the conference space; still, it would have been wiser to pay for the muffins and the rooms separately or to force the meeting planners to spell out this in a transparent invoice.

He had an opportunity to change the world. That opportunity was real Wall Street reform. Instead he looked like a guy just happy to be at the party, which meant bringing the worst possible people into his cabinet like Larry Summers and Tim Geithner. He would have added John Corzine, who stole 1.2 Billion, as well. Instead this will be a legacy of disappointment and failed opportunity. If it comes down to a choice between Obama and a Republican, which it almost certainly will, or voting for a third party candidate that will split the vote, than I think we better vote for Obama, and in the meantime work like heck to oust the corrupt Democrats as well as the Republicans from power. We must look the reality of the corrupt two-party system squarely in the face and deal with it. The only other alternative is to find a means to overthrow the system with non-violent revolution, in which case we really will need 99%, or damn near it. I advocated a credit revolt at one point, which I really think would give this movement actual power, actual political leverage, but there was little enthusiasm for the idea. The reality is that if we are unwilling to collectively take such radical steps in non-cooperation, and are also unwilling to work through the system, than we simply won't accomplish anything at all.
I think flexibility in our thinking, patience, and above all endurance are what is needed to really create the change we all want to see.

I think he still has plenty of potential, but I think that he needs to promise to reform the financial sector to have any chance, and with his vested interest in the financial community, needing them to succeed so he doesn't look worse than he already is, I don't think that he's going to back away from supporting them like he already has.
