Young men in America have for the most part been beaten by young females. I want to a post grad, rigorous science competitin today and the entire competition was amongst young women, except for one man.
This was in a discipline in farm animal production, one you would think was more "suited" to men.
Is this forum the outlet for beaten done young men?
Some of the young men you seek may have become bots for the Wall St. banks and so, they come here to cause a big ruckus over nothing. If you're a man, straighten up and act like one. If you simply can't, go now and change your tampon. It's time.

Strangely, apparently for you at least, most young American men don't hate women these days, or call them "pussies," or "cunts," or whatever you sick neo-cons like to call them. I happen to like women, quite a lot actually, although that might surprize you. I like their company and that many of them know how to love.

Then I will assume you have no college degree and the reason you are here is because you shrink from the competition that is inherent to capitalism. 40 years ago was the start of the of the period in which the 1% started stealing all the money from the middle class and poor. That's when the redistribution of income, from the bottom to the top, started. Before that it was easier for the middle class to live. Reagan changed that and skewed to system to favor the rich as it hadn't since just before the Great Depression.

Yes, beaten down, very angry young men. There is nothing wrong with being angry. There is a lot to be angry about, and one of them is that in today's society, showing anger isn't considered O.K. , its not PC. For the past twenty years boys have been raised to behave like girls, when boys acted like boys the schools want to give them Ritalin, they have decreased time for recess where boys and girls get the time they need to run and play, they are eliminating games like dodge ball and even tag. Over the past 15 years, every team gets a trophy because adults don't want their kids to "feel" disappointed or that they weren't on "the best" team (because everyone is a winner) Men/husbands/boys are always the brunt of the joke on sitcoms, and the science competition you went to is likely reflective of the statistics that show there are more women in college then men. In the 50's-70's girls were behind in math and science, now the trend has reversed- its great that girls are doing well, but boys are now left behind in elementary grades because female traits are to be emulated, any normal, healthy male aggression or assertiveness is considered brutish. The result of all this, is repressed anger - anger is a healthy emotion as long as it dealt with in a healthy way. Anger serves a purpose that's why its a human emotion, but in my opinion one only has to look at the pent up, anger, hatred, lashing out- in so many of the posts on this site- and I don't even mean about ows themes- reading some of the posts here on topics that are simply about society in general- there is a pathologically level of anger and rage and a level of incivility that is the norm- not the exception. If you don't agree with one point of view or you are on the other side - then generalizations, stereotypes, and stigmatizing attitudes along with the most foul language and hatred is the where people go very quickly- men and women. Everyone is blaming the other side and we wonder why our government can't get anything done- the way people respond to each other here they are just as bad - actually worse then the senate and congress- the senate and congress at least follow some rules of decorum. I have seen very little respectful discourse here- its all name calling and blaming and what I think is a horrible reflection of where our society is. Of course we would never speak face to face to each other like people do online- if you are in a class or other public forum and you're having a discussion/debate where there are differing opinions you don't starting calling each other a bigot, homophobic, hypocrite, selfish, greedy prick, etc, etc and swearing at each other, yet online people are anonymous, so they can say the most foul, antisocial, offensive things. I think a lot of it (certainly not all- I don't like to speak in absolutes and generalities- which is also commonly done on this site) has to do with how society has raised this young generation of men & women, but especially the men.It's fine to have a heated debate, even a bit of swearing no big deal, but when their normal anger and other emotions has been denied and unvalidated for so long- when they have a chance to say how they really feel and think - its all full of rage & hate at pathological levels

Well there is a report that has been published (don't know the source but it was on the Doctors) stating that younger males are less manly then older males.
The reason for this is because their system produces less testosterone. As a result they are weaker, have less hair on their body, less energy and lower sex drives.
That is the reason why most of the younger male generation drink red bull along with an assortment of other energy drinks.
