Forum Post: What You are Saying:’ Freeze Out’ “possibly more vicious than firing canisters of tear gas at peaceful protesters”

This content is user submitted and not an official statement

This site is headed by a team of contractors, directed by a 26 year old American J.D., with roughly $100,000 in student loan debt, and a $42,000 salary with no health benefits.

TheWallStreetProtest.com is proud to serve as a piece to a larger puzzle. Please vote and suggest ideas for polls. The protests will serve no purpose unless the government addresses the correct issues. For the government to address the right issues, the issues need to be laid out in front of them. Therefore, we need at least 10,000 votes to make a meaningful impact, in our opinion. At that time, whenever that may be, we will print the results, take a photograph, and send those results to Congress, CNN, MSNBC, FOX, RT, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and any other outlets you suggest. Any additional correspondence will be documented here.

He claims it is for public safety. Does Government really know better than ordinary citizens what is safe?

A large number of Americans – at this time – cannot make it to a protest location. That’s because they can’t afford to travel to a protest. Why is this? It is because the Occupy Wall Street movement – The Wall Street Protest – has spread to cities but not towns. As a result, the only way to make a difference is to assimilate as a unified voice online. That is what this site is about.
