I'll be voting for Jill Stein in November. And I will be marching in the streets with her tomorrow here in Denver. http://occupydenver.org/103-stop-the-empire-occupythedebates/

[-] 2 points by marvelpym (-184) 11 years ago

Me too. Her or Rocky. My state is Blue all the way so my vote won't count, but at least I can make a small statement.

[-] 2 points by brightonsage (4494) 11 years ago

Its about the Supreme Court stupid. Regardless whether you don't mind giving up, abortion rights, contraception, equal pay, discrimination against minorities, domestic surveillance and a military three times as big as it needs to be, we will never get the money out of elections, out of government and out of earmarks unless the idiots like Alito, Scalia, and Thomas get replaced by sane people who understand the role of government and especially that of the courts. When they are sleeping with the Koch brothers and the other 0.01%er's, we have no shot.

[-] 2 points by TrevorMnemonic (5827) 11 years ago

you forgot to inlcude

Goldman Sachs, Raytheon, KBR, Boeing, and dead people on their arms. Dead people from all illegal drone bombings and such which they both support.

Jill Stein was protesting foreclosures with the people while Obama was giving more money to Wall Street.

[-] 1 points by bensdad (8977) 11 years ago

I cannot disagree with you on those issues -
can you agree with me on any of mine ?

[-] 2 points by TrevorMnemonic (5827) 11 years ago

We definitely seem to agree that Romney is an ass clown with million dollar clown shoes.

[-] 2 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 11 years ago

Dont worry, no bankers have gone to jail and the bombs are still dropping, the Fed is still easing...Your boy is a LOCK.

[-] -1 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

Boy?

Are you flirting with racism now?

Just like a Bircher.

Give me time to cover my ears while you whine about how you're not.

[-] 1 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 11 years ago

Just stating the obvious. The establishment is VERY happy with the job Obama has done.

Only you could read that and scream racism, man you are such a hack. Go get a life.

[-] 2 points by TrevorMnemonic (5827) 11 years ago

not to mention him and VQ say shit like "your boy Bush" all the time.

I guess when they're not trying to accuse you of being a secret republican Bush supporter, their new game is to claim "racist!"

Pay no attention to people like Jill Stein and Rocky Anderson they say.

[-] 2 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 11 years ago

I know right, me being a secret Republican supporter. The L vs R brainwashing in this country is absolutely the leading factor in our own destruction. They literally control the thoughts of almost anyone who is politically engaged.

[-] -1 points by alva (-442) 11 years ago

" establishment" ? be specific.

[-] 0 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 11 years ago

Establishment- central bankers, oil guys, insurance guys. The three big lobbies, the ones who have owned their pathetic asses for decades.

[-] -1 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

Just stating the obvious.

Thanks for giving me time to cover my ears though.

That was kind.

You could comment here too, or is racism too inconsequential for you, like so many other things are?

http://occupywallst.org/forum/its-not-about-race/

[-] 1 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 11 years ago

You honestly need people to agree with you that racism is bad?

You freakin crack me up. Ofcourse there is racism in this country, from people of all colors. And its all bullshit, I have zero tolerance for it. Most people also have zero tolerance for race baiters, which is what your pathetic life is all about, baiting people. Baiting people on the interenet 24/7....day after day after day after day...

People like you arent uncommon. Its just too bad that you flood this forum with crap and lies so often. Lord only knows how many people who are looking for change decided this place is just like the rest of em because of it.

[-] -2 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

Mr. P and his son claim the same thing.

They just figure it's a States rights thing.

You call the 99% asses, so I figure calling a black man boy, is right up your alley.

[-] 1 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 11 years ago

OF course you do, because that they way you have been trained to operate. Self loathing leads to lots of that. A race baiting, self loathing ex libertarian who is going to endorse the two parties taking us to war with Iran.

[-] 1 points by TrevorMnemonic (5827) 11 years ago

They don't know what hypocrisy is.

They say things like "Where were the WMD's?" in regards to Iraq...

But they don't even question their "candidate of choice" who is claiming alleged WMD's in Iran while they run war games in the straight of Hormuz

[-] 0 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

That's because it IS right up your alley, or you never would have said either of those things, let alone defend them.

Now.......start twisting and turning again, and don't forget to toss in a lame attempt at insult.

It's what you've always done.

[-] 0 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 11 years ago

^doesnt think felons have right to vote, and race baits. Thats a dangerous combo.

[-] -1 points by marvelpym (-184) 11 years ago

We never heard you speak out against this, shooz.

http://www.examiner.com/article/police-investigating-racist-pictures-sent-to-gop-candidate-mia-love

I guess you approve. Shame on you, racist.

[-] 0 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

Well, now.

Why don't you come on over and see my city?

Detroit.

The city that racism destroyed.

Meet me on French Road, and we'll talk about it..........

If you still want to.

Peeps around here, don't care much for turncoats.

[-] -1 points by marvelpym (-184) 11 years ago

No clue what that last sentence means. but........ You're being evasive. Why don't you answer? Do you approve of what was done to mia love? Quit being so evasively evasive with your evasiveness. Answer.

[-] 0 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

Racism is racism.

The KKK don't care.

[-] -1 points by marvelpym (-184) 11 years ago

Guess you don't care either, Mr Evasive.

[-] 0 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

I read the article.

I guess you didn't. </shrug>

[-] -1 points by marvelpym (-184) 11 years ago

Wow. Talk about being evasive and not answering a simple question. I was kidding at first, but I guess you really do have no problem with racism as long as it's directed against a Republican. I guess you also like the war on women as long as the woman is a Republican. That's just pathetic.

[-] -1 points by marvelpym (-184) 11 years ago

I'm gonna go out on a limb here, but dang it, this needs to be said.

Racism is bad.

Thanks for leading the charge, shooz. Keen grasp of the obvious.

[-] 0 points by NVPHIL (664) 11 years ago

How is that racist? I've always heard that term used by older people talking about immature kids. Have you ever heard the rebuttal "who you calling boy, pops"?

[-] 0 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

Do you really need the roots of why that word is considered racist in that application?

Really?

That's some mighty thin ice you are skating on.

[-] 0 points by NVPHIL (664) 11 years ago

I was thinking that it is the same thing as calling someone my compadre. It might not originate in white america but has became an american term. If there are negative meanings behind the term I don't know them.

[-] 0 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

I'm thinking, right here, right now, I don't believe a word of that.

Not a single word.

[-] 0 points by NVPHIL (664) 11 years ago

That's you right to not believe me. All I can do is say what I think and see where the cards fall.

[-] 0 points by marvelpym (-184) 11 years ago

Shut up and save the cries of racism for real racism. You sound like a fool.

[-] 0 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

Sorry.

I didn't see you there, unless of course, you were someone else, you don't want to admit to being back then.

It's till open for comment.

[-] 0 points by marvelpym (-184) 11 years ago

Just me baby. Same guy I've always been, just like you are still the same predictable sap.

Yes race can be an issue, but what you were doing was a form of McCarthyism. You call someone who disagrees with you a racist in an attempt to scare them into silence and/or scare anyone who agrees with them into being silent as well, lest they also be called racist.

It is reprehensible behavior.

[-] 0 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

It's not when the guy posts links to the John Birch Society.

So you can stuff that McCarthy crap.

It ain't gonna fly .

[-] -1 points by marvelpym (-184) 11 years ago

Oh that? I've moved on. Now I'm all about how racist you are because you like what happend to Mia Love. Try to keep up.

[-] 0 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

You're just going in circles.

See ya next time you spin around.

[-] -1 points by alva (-442) 11 years ago

the " racism " label is what the dems and the press use as their main tactic .they've used it so much it has no meaning and scares no one.

[-] -1 points by marvelpym (-184) 11 years ago

More power to you :) I just hate that it does intimidate some people. It's called debate and people shouldn't fear it.

Plus it cheapens real racism. What people did to Hank Aaron was racism. Disagreeing with Obama, not so much.

[-] -1 points by alva (-442) 11 years ago

the disagreements with obama are due to his ideology NOT his skin color. I like what allan west stands for , same with mia love. again , its ideology , not skin color.

Take a good look at Republican Pa. state representative Daryl Metcalfe as he argues for voter suppression:

VIDEO: http://www.pbs.org/newshour/bb/politics/july-dec12/voting_10-02.html

We need more honest humanitarians like him in government.

To me the election is more than anythng a contest sa to whether a member of a racist cult can mobilize the "Southern strategy" or "Angry white guys" to kick out the first non white president of the USA. Not so much I'll be voting for Obama as I'll be voting against the racists.

[-] 0 points by CitizenofAmerika (-71) 11 years ago

Then you are part of the problem. You perpetuate the stranglehold of the 1%. Good job.

[-] 1 points by ShubeLMorgan2 (1088) from New York, NY 11 years ago

That's a matter of opinion. In my opinion you are defacto supporting Romney and the far right including the republicans and racist Mormonism and are a political defacto effective anti black racist even if not a personal one. So you have your opinion and I have mine. Have a nice day and a nicer life.
