Remember that what you are doing now is not just sacrificing yourselves for what is right, it is also giving you a REAL life. Too many people today have settled for a virtual life, and although the Internet is a great thing, it can only be a precurser to engaging the real world - otherwise what will you ever say to your grandchildren, what will you use to justify the meaning of your existance when you are old? Maya Angelou has said that courage is the primary virtue - she is right.

Brothers and sisters, the KTC needs to lean on you!
The Revolution starts here!
Wow, now all of my posts are back on this forum, but half of the comments on this thread are still missing! It's a house of mirrors. When parts of these thread are deleted, it casts the comments out of context, sometimes completely giving a false impression of their meaning.
Where did all the comments on this thread disappear to?!!! Where are all my posts on this forum? They didn't disappear for lack of responses, I can tell you that!!!!
Aside from the inspirational stuff and at a purely practical, hard-nosed level: if you get involved as an organizer you can learn some useful skills and habits, things like good communication, group dynamics, etc. These can be useful in all sorts of endeavours; and just in daily life (even at home) too.
That's right, but it goes much deeper than that, really It's about the fundamental meaning, or the lack there of, in life.
Well sure I guess, I don't know, I'm kind of blue collar and down to earth. The inspirational stuff isn't really my thing. I swear and smoke look at things in terms of results. You have Gandhi and King, I have George Carlin ;)
I think there's room for all different sorts ... I'd go so far as to say we need people on all different sorts of levels.
I never said we didn't. In fact, I agree with you entirely.
I am more of a strategist or tactician of this movement however it is merely choice whether to listen to me unlike other organization.
here are my ideas: http://occupywallst.org/forum/flash-protesting-an-idea-to-consider/

Thanks for the links, I'll check them out. I was not implying that there is anything wrong with using the Internet for strategic support of OWS, but that involvement itself is the key. Those who stand on the fence will someday have a feeling of deep regret. Read Cyrano de Bergerac. By the way, my posts and comments on this site seem to be subjected to increasing deleation and censorship. There were 9 comments here, now if this gets through there will be just 3.

You want people to "give their REAL life" for Occupy? Is this a call for martyrs? I thought that was a muslim thang.
If dog shit were brains you would be a genius.
Please note the user name of the above troll, Thrasymaque.

Sorry, what's Imao?
"Laughing My Ass Off" present tense
Not a very creative insult, but it did bring a grin to my face.
