Another case where that insurance I am asking for would come in handy.

http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2012/07/25/paralyzed-cop-suing-glock-after-his-3-year-old-son-shot-him/

Still want that Glock?

How will this affect that child?

Right, because this clown decides to sue we should punish everyone and get them wrapped up deeper in the insurance cartel.

Great ideas as always shooz.

What's next? Alcholics insurance if you want to buy beer? Mandated violence insurance if you have ever been arrested?

Where does it end shooz, where?!!!!!

[-] 1 points by TrevorMnemonic (5827) 11 years ago

I would actually support mandated violence insurance for people who have committed felony assault or rape.

[-] 2 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 11 years ago

It wont stop there though, it would then soon be domestic incidents, a brew haha in the street, etc.

Dont let these warmongering politicians get their hands on any more of our freedoms.

[-] 0 points by TrevorMnemonic (5827) 11 years ago

I do agree with you that politicians are warmongers.

But rapists don't deserve the same rights we citizens have. And that's constitutional. Not to make it seem like you wouldn't agree with that. I'm just saying in regards to my previous comment.

I guess you should have read the actual thread that came from.

It's not you have come up with a single thing.

But then you once again turn to insults.

Pathetic.

You should go back to commenting on your friend IronBolts thread.

It's more your speed. Doesn't take much original thought.

So a loaded gun was left under the front seat and the child was not in a child seat.

First off why would a child look under the front seat to find a gun? Secondly why would a police officer forget that he left it there?

Stupid is as stupid does - yes we need more gun control - contol over stupid people like this - he needs to be locked up for carelessness for the expenseses he caused the insurance company and the hospitals for his emergency.

[-] 0 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

So much for gun training, eh?

You missed the one where the cop shot his son the other day while they were on vacation?

Oooops mistaken identity.

Oh yeah, throw even more people in prison, that's the ticket.

At least it's the one promoted by the prison profiteers.

I like my insurance proposition much better..

How would insurance stop a death?

I'm not opposed to the insurance idea. I think it's actually a pretty good and fair idea.... For instance if some guy shoots someone like Dick Cheney did back in the day or if someone shoots someone without "just cause" or in a burglary etc...

[-] 0 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

It's a long term solution that will reduce death and damages through the wonder of "market forces".

It may take generations to be truly effective.

I have seen no one else come up with any solution at all.

What we need are improved safeties. And they're now on the horizon.

The lawsuit is frivolous but there's always the possibility that Glock will settle in an effort to avoid negative publicity.

[-] 1 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

To you, I suppose all gun death is frivolous.

That is the really sad part.

Glock deserves the negative publicity.

Isn't that what your venerated "market forces" are all about?

[-] 0 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

Yes. tragic.

[-] -1 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

Yes it is, yet the gun nutters can find no solution.

[-] 1 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

No solution? Other than keeping loaded weapons away from children?

I guess that's too much to ask, it's obviously the gun's fault here LOL

You missed my post about the guy in Texas who shot himself in the ass reaching for his wallet and injured a child, either by ricochet, or chipped concrete when he dropped the gun ?

Of course you did.

You don't care for reality.

[-] 1 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

Um, yeah, there will never be a solution to all accidental injuries and deaths. I hate to break this news to you, and both of your brain cells were red-lining to make this assessment, but the world will never be free of risk.

What have you been smoking?

[-] 1 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

Obviously your brain as it's completely missing.

You did after all ignore reality.

[-] 0 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

You're right, I just claimed the parties were different... silly me, I need a reality check lol

[-] 1 points by MattLHolck (16833) from San Diego, CA 11 years ago

the question becomes

are those differences the ones we should be debating ?

[-] 1 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

It's still missing.

Have you filed a police report to the lost and found?

[-] -1 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

Alright, buddy, I've argued with you enough. It's been fun, but a waste of time. Do you want to call it a truce and part friends?

[-] 1 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

I know. Reality is far too much for you to understand, so you choose to ignore it.

The child really did shoot dad.

Yep that bozo in Texas really did shoot himself in the ass in Walmart and then injured others in line with him.

PS. He tried to run away too.

I guess you have to be a real coward to run around with a loaded gun all day.

[-] -1 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

You don't want to be friends? Okay, lol

Well, I won't waste any more of my time with you. I will enjoy my life as an entrepreneur, assuming your freeloader friends don't burn my shop down.

Have a nice life, and remember, you could have been successful like I am...

[-] 1 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

Kewl, let me know when you are willing to accept reality, and are actually willing.to comment on it.

[-] -1 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

I accepted your mom. Do you want me to comment on her?

[-] 2 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

My Mother has been gone for many years.

Mention her as an insult again and I will have you banned.

So yeah, go "right" ahead............Bozo breath.

To bad reality still escapes you.

[-] -1 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

Are you kidding? LOL

This is probably my 30th account here, banning me would make my day, it's just proof that I've gotten to you.
