Forum Post: #OpJuly4th The Fight for our Constitution

Posted 1 year ago on Dec. 17, 2012, 1:49 a.m. EST by SinisterAnon (-90)
This content is user submitted and not an official statement

If you had the opportunity to stand up for freedom of speech and all of our so called inalienable rights would you do it. There is an Operation in place which calls all American citizens and individuals who call themselves anonymous to distribute the US constitution on July 4th 2013. There is nothing Illegal about this operation and it is patriotic unto the foundation of this country. Most Americans have not even read the constitution nor know what an inalienable right is. It is time that we all know. Message boards like this one would not be here if it was not for documents like the US Constitution. It was written to limit the influence government has on its people. It turned over to controlling the people long ago. What we ask is that you organize in your city anonymous or not, purchase constitutions in bulk which are extremely cheap $250 per thousand copies, On July fourth distribute them as such. If you consider yourself an Anon, Mask Up and let your presence be known. Let it be known that you are not the enemy but the brother and sister of everyone in our community. Together we can win and it starts with education. Take this on yourself... organize, promote, contact media agencies, post fliers at schools, blog... Use all means necessary. Make this Op your own.... and do it for all of us.

Constitutions can be purchased at

http://www.nccs.net/

For those of you with Video skills please make videos and post them online...

Help make this the largest most powerful demonstration of brotherhood for the good of us all.

Follow on twitter @sinisteranon for details and updates

Website will be up soon

I thank you in advance

Sinister

Due to some controversy over the supplier of supplier of our constitution. The supplier has been changed. I spoke personally with Zeldon Nelson who is openly supporting Anonymous in this Effort. Although he may be an unpopular figure in the Occupy movement this is still a victory for us as a whole and I hope the critics will be supportive of the time and effort that this event is taking to put together. He is creating a site page specifically for #OpJuly4th to give us the best pricing possible on the constitution. Thank You for your support

Sinister

And now you want to pretend like you are doing it for the "people".

Fuckin' Koch whore, get the fuck off your knees.

[-] -3 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

See all about you again... you depressed... life not working out the way you want... think being a negative nancy with your cute little sayings will make a difference in the world... The only thing you've got a PH.D in is whining ... why didn't I make the debate team dad? why? I just don't get it?.... and then your Dad picked up his glass of scotch and not listening to what you were saying said... "honey, your just not pretty enough"

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

What happened bitch? Realize that you didn't know as much about the Constitution as you thought you did? It happens.

It happens most frequently to little Koch whores (like yourself) that spend their time on their knees.

STINKLE - Heritage = Koch/Alec/Cato/BS

Know the constitution = free access on-line.

Denounce - Heritage = Koch/Alec/Cato/BS

[-] -1 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

I get it.. I get it .. I get it... but once again this is a huge problem with the Occupy movement itself... there are too many "Enemies", no realistic proposed solution and no specific direction or real hope for success at this rate... The exact same can be said for the Tea Party so we fall back into the same reliance on the bipartisan leadership that is ruining this country. Just opposing is not enough... This is about one American making an effort to inform and support another American so we can have even a tiny increase in solidarity among the American People... Things get done this way ... when you get people of influence to see a rational side of opposition there is hope for change... continuously making enemies does only that

[-] 2 points by shooz (26674) 1 year ago

Heritage made an enemy of me and mine many years ago,. So get off your phony high horse.

There is little that is American about the foundation.

Unless of course, you really believe that corporations are people and have tongues and such.

In which case, I would believe YOU to be totally insane.

So are you?

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Many would believe that I am insane... especially on this board. I oppose corporate financing or involvement in government in any way shape or form. That does not mean I will stop getting the products and services I need to move forward with my own operations towards what I believe in. For example I work in sales in the Green industry. For you to make changes in your own industry you must purchase from a competitor to make enough capital to provide products and services at a cheaper rate than thay do to render their pricing ineffective and if you go about things correctly and keep product quality as high or higher than them, you out perform them and make products more affordable for the consumer and gain loyalty from people for operating a self sustaining business that progresses. The point I am making is that to change things for the benefit of the people you cannot re-invent the wheel on your own, without a moral agenda that will gain support from influential people you will simply be sitting around stagnating

[-] 1 points by shooz (26674) 1 year ago

You never answered whether you believe or not.

It was a rather long and muddled response for not answering the question.

So you're a sales person?

[-] -1 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Yes I work in Sales for the Green Industry and I still don't understand your question but I will try to answer it. No corporations are not people and I don't believe they should be given favor or be acknowledged by the government except for regards as a source of tax revenue and subject to applicable regulation of their policies, procedures and impact on the environment and the public.

[-] 2 points by shooz (26674) 1 year ago

Yet you read and quote from one of their favorite "foundations".

Interesting.

Just for the record, I didn't ask if you were "in sales".

I asked if you were a sales person.

Also, do you work for the Green Industry, or do you work for Green Industry.

Your use of "the" is confusing.

If the later, should I assume you are in Colorado?

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

OMG how did you know? Colorado.... nope not Colorado... and who or what am I quoting and yes I am a sales person and I am in marketing and management and business development.... Green Industry and The Green Industry are the same thing... so you are just confusing yourself. I bring Eco Friendly products to market from all over the industry

[-] 1 points by shooz (26674) 1 year ago

More marketing than actual sales, huh?

It shows.

If you don't want the inference, why capitalize the G and I and this last time, the T as well?

Is that one of your marketing tricks? You've obviously done it for a reason.

Green Industries is an actual entity in Colorado.

[-] -1 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Yes actually it is a Literary and Marketing trick. I don't consciously do it anymore but you use capital letters to highlight important nouns or subjects despite what would be Grammatically correct. Its a play on the subconscious mind. Not only does the Larger letter Catch your eye, the fact that it is used in a Grammatically incorrect format causes your brain to instantly project importance. The way I use language in these forums always stirs up a commotion whether I agree with you or not because most people don't understand the emotional triggers that cause people go into a defensive state and inarticulate themselves... I get a kick out of it

[-] 1 points by shooz (26674) 1 year ago

You get a kick out of making propaganda?

Good to know, but you have a lot to learn.

In this case it actually acted as a distraction from the fact that you never actually said who you work for, nor what they actually make.

It made you look pseudo important, and also distracted from your purpose in posting Heritage Foundation crap.

An attempt to make you look like something you are not.

So, what are you really?

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Are you a fucking moron .... I'm Anonymous... and you want details... fucking details... um... excuse me sir... umm I was just wondering.... ummm do you have any of those... um ... Details?

Call it propaganda or whatever... I garner attention for a cause... good bad indifferent it doesn't matter..... it's very simple... Its the same affect as a shiny flash in the water while fishing... they see it... they congregate... you do it long enough... they will bite... because they like the allure of it ... or because it makes them angry... but they always bite

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

No, you sure as fuck aren't Anon.

[-] -1 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Your right once again... you are on a roll... there is a reason why Anon promotion doesn't go on publicly in 4chan anymore... it just turns into a troll fest like this ended up being... too many cheifs... not enough Indians... nobody wants to be the sheep.... but the thing is that the more you try to make yourself look unique you just end up being one in the crowd... not unique... just trying to promote your own ideas as if they are plated in gold... when in reality you are just chasing your tail hoping you don't contradict yourself in the process....

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

What cause is that?

What attention do you think you garnered?

You've stopped making any sense here.

Can I expect some improvement in the future, or that all you got?

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

No you can't... because I achieved all I needed to... I got in your head... you can swear up and down that I didn't but I did... you will promote this conversation in some way... to a friend... you will post something about it because I got your attention... you don't have a choice... I have taken enough time out of your day and caused you to think about why all this talk is going on that you will have to say something about it... there is an information site up about the cause... its very simple... people talk talk talk but don't know what their rights are... Myself and others want people to know because some very serious shit is going on in congress and if the people don't start looking at the consequences of apathy... we are all fucked... this isn't about specifics... this is about being informed and encouraging your brothers and sisters to be informed

[-] 2 points by shooz (26674) 1 year ago

Lowered expectations, eh?

Well. Have nice day.

Will you be coming back under yet another username?

BTW: The REAL serious shit is happening every single day on WallStreet and boardrooms all over the World.

They pull the strings and we pay for it.

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

You are fucked. You definitely think that you are more important than what you are. You can't comprehend the Constitution.

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Its not about me.... a self righteous moron like yourself would think that tho

[-] 1 points by TrevorMnemonic (5827) 1 year ago

"no realistic proposed solution and no specific direction"

Says the guy just saying "buy and hand out the constitution"

OWS was very clear

Here's Chris Hedges responding to someone saying occupy isn't clear - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAhHPIuTQ5k

[-] 0 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

I love everything he says... but having a few intelligent and influential people speaking up is not going make all the changes we need and the occupy movement does not have all the answers and this thread was created for a portion of the OCW movement that understands that apathy and lack of education on subjects such as the constitution are instrumental in achieving the goals OCW has professed... I don't agree with all of the blame and or tactics used to achieve some of these goals. and yes I think Handing out constitutions is going to be effective... and hundreds of other people think we will too... Support from OCW itself is not something we are seeking at this time. There are many people in OCW that have immense value to what we are trying to demonstrate and would appreciate their addition to this operation

[-] 2 points by bensdad (8977) 1 year ago

There is nothing wrong with the Heritage Foundation -
That sunlight would not clear up-

Founded in 1973, The Heritage Foundation is a New Right think tank. Its stated mission is to formulate and promote conservative public policies based on the principles of "free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional American values, and a strong national defense." It is widely considered one of the world's most influential public policy research institutes. The Foundation wields considerable influence in Washington, and enjoyed particular prominence during the Reagan administration. Its initial funding was provided by Joseph Coors, of the Coors beer empire, and Richard Mellon Scaife, heir of the Mellon industrial and banking fortune and Bill Clinton attacker.

........................................preferably at a distance of 100 miles.

[-] 2 points by VQkag2 (16478) 1 year ago

This is useless SPAM to support the right wing anti OWS pro 1% plutocrat Heritage foundation.

[-] -1 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Wrong... the constitutions can be bought anywhere... print them up yourself. The heritage organization is giving them to us at cost they are an educational enterprise. Shut it with the 1% nonsense... don't try to stifle the people that are working for change. being a vain loser who hates on the things he should be supporting just makes him an idiot (i.e. you)

[-] 1 points by VQkag2 (16478) 1 year ago

What is the point of your alleged protest.? What are you protesting.?

[-] -1 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

This is not a protest... Most Americans do not know about their rights and they are being strategically stripped away from us. We are giving people copies and raising awareness about what are rights are and how they are directly disregarded and infringed upon... Get it

[-] 1 points by VQkag2 (16478) 1 year ago

Please. No protest? Informational? Just giving out the constitutional? nothing more? No specifics about which rights are being stripped?

Maybe cause you just want to raise money for the Heritage foundation.

Why should we give our money to right wing wacko tea party extremist Jim DeMints Heritage foundation?

[-] 1 points by FawkesNews (1290) 1 year ago

Since President Cheney, other sources for 'The Constitution' may be found in these products.

Charmin Ultra Strong, Northern, Angel Soft, Cottenelle, Charmin Ultra Soft, Quilted Northern Ultra, Kleenex.

[-] -1 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Your either being funny... or... nope you got nothing

[-] 1 points by FawkesNews (1290) 1 year ago

Of course I intended humor. Trouble is there is nothing funny because it is closer to the cold truth than not.

Either way... I think your idea is incredibly powerful and well worth the effort applied. The more people with that document in their hand, the better. You may find it useful to 'present' a copy to a few 'elected' officials while on camera, because without doubt, there are more than a few of them who have not read it or even held it within a decade.

What is this a protest of? You didn't mention.

[-] -1 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Genius... We get copies at .20 cents a pop they make no money on this... and you won't show up and support because you're useless... look i get it these message boards make you feel important... good for you.. but you are not informed on anything that actually does anything so either shut your mouth and support or get out of our way. This is in no way a benefit for Heritage (Of whom you obviously know nothing about). They are a supplier of books we need... supplier...like the guy you buy your weed from. Get it!

[-] 0 points by VQkag2 (16478) 1 year ago

The heritage foundation just hired right wing wacko tea party extremist jim Demint.

Your unfounded disjointed personal attacks against me just show the impotence of your position.

"supplier of books"? LMFAO. Nobody is gonna believe those lies.

[-] -1 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Thats funny.... hundreds already do... and will... and once again this is not a campaign for the heritage foundation. Unfounded disjointed impotence? come on man... you are a simple mind... you just poke holes in things because people don't listen to your ideas or take you seriously. You are the guy we end up talking about after these events wondering why they enjoy the humiliation of being an ignorant antagonist.

[-] 1 points by VQkag2 (16478) 1 year ago

Calling me names does not change the fact that all you have endorsed is buying from a right wing group against everything Occupy stands for and distributing it.

You not protesting (your words). So all your doing is helping the enemy.

You're full of shit.

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Everything you say doesn't follow the logic of a sane mind... just a pissed off misinformed child. Helping the Enemy? (your words) what kind of laptop do you have or phone do you use? did you make it out of trash? is it made of stick and berries? You use a product that heavily profits a Corporation to protest corporate greed and you want to criticize me for purchasing a document of our freedom that profits the provider nothing of any real value... I apologize for the name calling but it's hard to refrain because well... you don't belong here either

[-] -2 points by RJHobbs (-58) 1 year ago

How many of those rights enumerated should we just strike, or scratch off, before we distribute it? Is there a single right enumerated that our courts have not already stricken from the arsenal of citizen defense? A "living" Constitution is destined to die a slow death.

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

We strike none of them off... State and Federal law haven't touched what is known as the Bill of Rights. What they have done is create laws that directly contradict them. We want what was set in stone 250 years ago... and we also need people to understand what is in place now if we ever hope to change it.

[-] 0 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

Which ones? Which laws are contradictory?

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Where to start.... gun laws.... police procedures... there is a long long list.

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

Hurry. This promises to be the bestest topic ever.

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

Great. Now is the perfect time to bring those out. Let's hear 'em.

[-] -3 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Okay well there once was a beautiful little girl... she lived in a land she barely knew anything about... As she got older she got lonely and decided to get involved in something. She did and got nowhere because she didn't do her research on the Patriot Act or the NDAA or looked into the Drug War that is/was completely illegal and put us in the most dire of public health and financial crises of our era.... Oh... and then the girl felt dumb.... the end

[-] 3 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

So, basically what your telling me is that you are a dumbass that failed to research the Patriot Act or the NDAA or the Drug War and you know zip about the Constitution.

Good to know. Truthfully, I suspected that you were another imbecile.

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Enlighten me little one... please... stay out of things you know nothing about... once again... support or shutup

[-] -3 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

I can't imagine you being older than fourteen... no way... haha... adorable

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

Is that right? You can't figure out the Constitution or contradictory laws. You start an entire thread with the Heritage Foundation as a main component in a forum that hates them. You aren't adorable. You are a cock roach.

[-] -3 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

and cockroach is one word... don't want your parents giving you the infamous "birds and bees" talk

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

So, your spelling is much better than your convoluted shit on the Constitution. Doesn't fucking help you.

[+] -4 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Fourth Amendment waiver, Gun Control litigation, the National Defense Authorization Act which violates the fourth amendment and the fifth amendment, The Patriot Act which violates the fourth amendment. I am only responding to you so you can hopefully learn something from this. It's obvious that you are a child who has never read the constitution, know anything about the above mentioned Acts, nor has ever even heard of the heritage foundation. Your just pissed at your parents...

The problem is that all of the court decisions hold precedent. Which, considering the scope, is no longer acceptable. It's ok to draw from another experience, but no case should be permitted precedence; all constitutionality should be judged against the Constitution only. Do that and we can overturn many of these past decisions that serve to limit personal freedom.

[-] 3 points by JesseHeffran (3903) 1 year ago

I am curious. Do you believe I have the right to go into a pact theater and fictitiously scream fire?

I mean the Constitution says I have free speech; therefore, I can say anything, no matter what precedent the courts have set. Right?

[-] -2 points by RJHobbs (-58) 1 year ago

I'm not saying we should base law on past precedent; I am saying past precedent should not be considered when deciding Constitutionality.

[-] 3 points by JesseHeffran (3903) 1 year ago

I understand what you are saying. You are saying that Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. 137 (1803) should not be the law of the land. Good luck with that.

If the courts were to judicially review the Constitution without the use of precedents, every generation would interpret it differently and our laws would be all over the place. The idea of precedents ,when conducting judicial review, is a check on SCOTUS.

[-] -1 points by RJHobbs (-58) 1 year ago

They are already all over the place; if anything it would be an improvement. And I'm not sure that SCOTUS is anything more than an unnecessary circus these days - look at Obamacare, and that is just one example of dozens.

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

It is 100% acceptable. I understand if reading supreme court decisions is a chore for you. However, there is no reason that the rest of us have to pay for laziness on your part.

[-] -1 points by RJHobbs (-58) 1 year ago

A defense should not be formulated, in an effort to influence, based on precedent. Such ideas date to Blackstone and they were highly debatable and suspect then. But it is exactly this that has created the attorney. You should read those past discussions sometime.

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

Wrong answer. It seeks to answer a question and bases its conclusions and support of on past ones. Blackstone was controversial only if you are completely against the rights of individuals.l

[-] -1 points by RJHobbs (-58) 1 year ago

It is not the wrong answer; past decisions should not either be permitted to stand as defense precedent or even introduced in argument; to do so is to say you are incapable of articulating an acceptable defense. And many past English attorneys felt precisely the same way.

It's not "Well, we ruled this way last time"; it's "this is wrong because..."

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

Absolutely not. Rule of law. This isn't a game show.

[-] -2 points by RJHobbs (-58) 1 year ago

The rule of law is often corrupt. And I don't like the game show presentation, which is exactly what we now have.

[-] 1 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

Try again.

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

so you think a judges previous ruling should be valued over the constitution... okay you have just agreed that a person can interpret the law in there own way and define consequence, penalty, judgement or favor in accordance to it........ nah I don't think you could even put all that together

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

I'm telling you, point blank, that if it wasn't for many of those cases, you and your little right wing fanatics wouldn't have any damned rights. GROW UP and educate yourself.

Now, get your ass down further so that you can respond to the fourth amendment posts.

[Removed]

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

Honey, I wouldn't have you if you were the last male on this planet. You are a worthless piece of shit. You wouldn't recognize the constitution if it came up and looked you directly in your eye and said, "Hey, I'm the Constitution."

OTH, if ignorance is bliss than you must be one happy motherfucker.

[-] 1 points by mideast (506) 1 year ago

So you want to overrule the court system -
how do you do that ?
"all constitutionality should be judged against the Constitution only"
who, specifically does this?
If a federal court in NY judged that selling human organs was not legal, and despite appeals that no higher court would hear the appeal, then selling human organs in Utah should be legal?

[-] 0 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Hence the problem... Some States have a waiver to the fourth amendment imposed on anyone convicted or a crime... it is unconstitutional yet it happens. Laws that oppose the constitution need to be striked... it will take years of persistence and education to get this done but the more people understand their rights and what is being infringed upon we can hopefully make an impact

[-] 4 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

You mean that if you agree to Intensive Probation (or any) as a condition of your release then you think that you can avoid searches? Say that out loud.

You waive those rights as a condition of release.

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

It's not a fine line.... but the fourth amendment is an inalienable right... it cannot be waived and to be used as a bargaining chip with concern to ones freedom and is an absurd adulteration of that. It keeps people in the system... mainly drug addicts, in and out of jails and prisons which causes psychological conditioning of authoritarian paranoia. This only renders them more depressed and further dependent on substances and medication to correct this psychological imbalance. Many die of drug addiction, alcoholism or end up imprisoned for much of their lives because of continuous personal violation.

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

You don't want to serve the time in prison or in jail. You accept a plea deal. Part of that deal is that you waive your fourth amendment rights.

News flash, if you rolled back the clock 250 years........the fourth amendment would not apply to you. It wasn't incorporated until 1949 Wolf v Colorado. The rest of the shit that you just wrote is nothing more than shit.

who is going back 250 years sweatheart? The rest of what I wrote is not shit it's an epidemic that your selfish insensitive ass wouldn't understand.

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

You are, sweet pea. The fourth amendment wouldn't apply to you. It's called the incorporation doctrine.

LOOK IT UP. As it were, you waive that shit as a condition of release.

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

I know that sugarpants... the whole process of waiving of a right as a bargaining tool in subjective law is not only unconstitutional but in a more casually put phrase "morally Fucked Up" there I went down on you... happy now

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

You're a Koch whore. You aren't in a position to discuss "morally fucked up".

There isn't anything subjective about it. Don't accept the plea deal. It's constitutional.

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

What are you doing here... and keep saying Koch whore..... I know its doing wonders for your lady bits... and about the subjective issue at....... you know what your too stupid for me to have fun with this

[-] 1 points by shooz (26674) 1 year ago

WOW!

Your quote describes the Heritage Foundation to a tee!!!!!!

Along with all the rest of the GOP and libe(R)tarian BS I've heard so far.

What else ya got?

[-] 1 points by mideast (506) 1 year ago

specifically - what waiver?
nothing the people "understand" will change the system
"laws that oppose the constitution need to be striked"
tell me three laws and who would strke them and how?

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

I have done enough educating for one day... it's not difficult to find out and if you are considering activism you need to learn to do a little research yourself

[-] 2 points by shooz (26674) 1 year ago

You? Educating?

Wait! What? Where?

You haven't even answered the simple question I asked you.

I must admit though, that judging from your posts, you are a true believer.

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Straight up Homeboy

[-] 2 points by shooz (26674) 1 year ago

You already forgot the question, didn't you?

And you say you are capable of educating.............LOL

You should start with yourself.

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

you mad bro?

[-] 1 points by shooz (26674) 1 year ago

You really did forget!!!

This would put you in mortal danger of believing your own fucked up bullshit.

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Dude... it's Ok... You mad bro?

[-] 1 points by shooz (26674) 1 year ago

Yep, you just plain got lost. Does it happen often? You made need more medication.

And no, I'm not mad, it's just your insanity talking to you again.

So, c'mon. Admit you forgot the question.

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Well I have now... only because I got off on a tangent... I think I answered your question in another post... for real... People need to help educate each other about what is going on with legislative branch of our government... it is being bought and sold by special interests... people have a tendency to want to start at the top without doing there research first. The constitution is the foundation for the rights we have... if we don't start there we lose it all... One person incarcerated for frivolous federal prosecution is too many... I don't want to see this crisis get any worse

[-] 1 points by mideast (506) 1 year ago

hey - SA - do you seriously believe I don't know the answers to the elementary legal questions that I asked you! seriously!
learn before you post or pontificate

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

That was wrong of me... I am sure you do... and your extensive vocabulary... as you can tell I am just having fun with a closed minded individual.... I didn't want to spoil it with an intelligent interaction between someone who actually makes sense.... not because you did... I just have a feeling you would

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

So, I just want to make sure that we heard you right. You have no fucking clue what you are talking about and now that you have discovered that we know that you don't----you want to act like a douchebag in order to play it off.

Got it.

[-] -3 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

Yup... you win... you are all that is holy... Jesus loves you and hates me ... you are attractive... I am not a handsome man... i hug my Tim Tebow Teddy Bear at night while listening to Rebecca Black all night long,..... just kidding... it's just so mind numbing trying to debate with people that think they are smart... its like..... you live with that brain everyday.... you didn't know it doesn't work

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (21784) 1 year ago

Yes, I win. You suck ass.

And that's it. :D

Who does this? Those who sit on our Supreme Court do this, or should, but they do not.

I didn't say that a ruling should not influence legislation; I said that a case should be judged against the law relative to the case, and should not consider past decisions as an attempt to influence; every argument should be created on its merit only as, possibly, juxtaposed. What this is, is a corruption of the process of adjudication.

[-] 2 points by mideast (506) 1 year ago

did you create this gibberish with mad libs?

[-] -2 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

I don't know Hobbs... I guess I only agree with you so far..... I take back what I said about @mideast I think he is @GirlFridays manfriend

[-] -3 points by SinisterAnon (-90) 1 year ago

You are 100% correct, you gave an absolutely perfect demonstration of what this whole this is about... and I thank you
