A guy is filming a police line in Oakland. It's fairly boring at first, there is no action going on. At about the 30 second mark, a cop raises a gun and shoots the guy with a rubber bullet. This is absolutely unwarranted. Guns are generally used when there is a direct and immediate threat that cannot otherwise be prevented, as a last resort. How on earth a man who is simply filming even represents a threat is incredulous.
juuust despicblea!
Hi Precipice, Thank you for post. Best Regards, Nevada
Every time a cop does something stupid like that and gets media coverage, it triggers 100's more people on the street in support of OWS.

"While filming a police line at Occupy Oakland after midnight on Nov. 3 following the Nov. 2 general strike, an officer opens fire and shoots me with a rubber bullet. I was standing well back. There was no violence or confrontations of any kind underway. At 0:31 seconds you can see a tall officer in the front raise his weapon and then fire. This is the full clip of the incident."

Here's another video where a pacific protester gets shot. It's near 5:30.
