Forum Post: MSM elite gets it a little bit right

...a lot wrong too, but, for me anyway:

"Much of the world’s neo-populist anger is justified, given the greed and folly of recent years. What worries me is the echo of the 1930s, a similar period of economic change and dislocation. When the traditional business and political leaders seemed to have failed during the downturn of the ’30s, populist indignation veered sharply right and left — toward dangerous movements that expressed national indignation at the point of a gun.

America was lucky then to have had, in President Franklin D. Roosevelt, a charismatic politician who could rehabilitate the center. And now? Not so lucky."

I know that doesn't come even close to representing a consensus view, but, I think all should consider it. We need to become the radical center, not polarized in either direction, nor torn apart. I simultaneously enjoy the leaderless aspect of this movement while also not being immune to the argument put forth here.

Many more people will come to your side when you are proactive (for “new” Business & Government solutions), instead of reactive (against “old” Business & Government solutions), which is why what we most immediately need is a comprehensive “new” strategy that implements all our various socioeconomic demands at the same time, regardless of party, and although I'm all in favor of taking down today's ineffective and inefficient Top 10% Management System of Business & Government, there's only one way to do it – by fighting bankers as bankers ourselves; that is, using a Focused Direct Democracy organized according to our current Occupations & Generations. Consequently, I have posted a 1-page Summary of the Strategically Weighted Policies, Organizational Operating Structures, and Tactical Investment Procedures necessary to do this at:

http://getsatisfaction.com/americanselect/topics/on_strategic_legal_policy_organizational_operational_structures_tactical_investment_procedures

Join

http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/StrategicInternationalSystems/

because we need 100,000 “support clicks” at AmericansElect.org to support a Presidential Candidate -- such as any given political opportunist you'd like to draft -- in support of the above bank-focused platform.

Most importantly, remember, as cited in the first link, that as Bank Owner-Voters in your 1 of 48 "new" Business Investment Groups (or "new" Congressional Committees) you become the "new" Congress replacing the "old" Congress according to your current Occupation & Generation, called a Focused Direct Democracy.

Therefore, any Candidate (or Leader) therein, regardless of party, is a straw man, a puppet; it's the STRATEGY – the sequence of steps – that the people organize themselves under, in Military Internet Formation of their Individual Purchasing & Group Investment Power, that's important. In this, sequence is key.

Why? Because there are Natural Social Laws – in mathematical sequence – that are just like Natural Physical Laws, such as the Law of Gravity. You must follow those Natural Social Laws or the result will be Injustice, War, etc.

The FIRST step in Natural Social Law is to CONTROL the Banks as Bank Owner-Voters. If you do not, you will inevitably be UNJUSTLY EXPLOITED by the Top 10% Management Group of Business & Government who have a Legitimate Profit Motive, just like you, to do so.

Consequently, you have no choice but to become Candidates (or Leaders) yourselves as Bank Owner-Voters according to your current Occupation & Generation.

So please JOIN the 2nd link so we can make our support clicks at AmericansElect.org when called for, at exactly the right time, by an e-mail from that group, in support of the above the bank-focused platform. If so, then you will see and feel how your goals can be accomplished within the above strategy as a “new” Candidate (or Leader) of your current Occupation & Generation.

I'm not sure we should be a radical center, but we should be radical. And we should be left and right. We shouldn't conform to any one or anyone's agenda.

That's what freedom looks like. Diversity.

(PS I get nervous when the MSN start saying nice things about us - they are the 1% aren't they?

I'd get more responses if I were a troll, I'm sure. :o)

I don't even know what the radical center means. Center of what ? What we currently have ? Wouldn't that just be the same ?

I'm not disagreeing with you or trying to troll your post. Just not understanding exactly what you mean. Also i think we do need radical change in this country.

I concur with "tr289". Forget the center! Obama claimed to be a "centrist" and look at the good HE's done!!!

"Also i think we do need radical change in this country." I agree: RADICAL CHANGE. Neither the Dems nor the Repugs can be trusted to effect such change. And PIECEMEAL REFORM - just reforming this or that - will not get us anywhere.

As the OWS Movement becomes stronger and deeply respected by the American people, I hope it can either form a new party or call for a general overhaul of the whole UNLAWFUL AND GOD-AWFUL system, perhaps through a Convention. I would like to see the present Congress, Senate, Supreme Court, Pentagon, intelligence agencies, etc. DISSOLVED so that we can begin to think straight again and rebuild America ANEW. A NEW AMERICA, YES! We deserve it!

I actually hope it creates the exact opposite of a 3rd party. I hope it creates a no party system where our politicians are elected and govern on their beliefs, Unrestrained by a political party. I don't know how realistic my idea is so... Don't shoot me if you disagree. It's nothing more then a thought, and idea. =)

Worry not, I'm unarmed... :) Normally, the advantage of having several parties is that you will have an opposition to the ruling party.

Personally, I don't think OWS would become a 3rd party, as I expect the Dems to IMPLODE as a party. Why? Because the OWS will TAKE THEIR TRADITIONAL BASE away from them and they will have ZERO support left. As for the lunatic-fringe Repugs, they have been so discredited that they won't have very much to hang on to.... So, for a while at least, it will be almost a no-party system...

It's about not moving to the ideological extremes i.e. communism on the left or fascism on the authoritarian right or free-market-neo-feudalism/anarchism on the libertarian right.

I don't think we will go to the extremes. No one wants Communism or Fascism or any other ism. There is good and bad in all political philosophy. I hope people are starting to realize this and we will end up picking the good parts from all or most and exclude the bad.
