Mattel Toys commits treason with lead.
On the basis of Citizens United the "Person" of Mattel Toys must be indicted immediately for treason against children.
The "Person" poisoned the children with 10,000,000 lead covered toys. If through negligence, then manslaughter. If, however, this is a case of bottom-line Capitalist terrorism, then life.
Seize the "Person" immediately for breaking a criminal law and hold until a bail amount is set and an arraignment held.
Why don't you start a proper court case against them? If they poisoned so many children, it should be easy to get many witnesses and a following. If you do it mob style, then what is justice? Shouldn't Mattel be considered innocent until proven guilty in the court of law? Why should people be able to decide that others are guilty just by clicking their fingers?
I wish I could, not bright enough.
Perhaps your lack of brightness is what motivates you to ask that we start implementing mob style kangaroo courts?
