FREE SPEECH is a RIGHT guaranteed by the US CONSTITUTION
It is a FEDERAL CRIME to violate or CONSPIRE to VIOLATE a CIVIL RIGHT guaranteed by the Constitution
It is a CONSPIRACY when 2 (two) or more people get together to violate a civil right or to pass a law which violates a RIGHT guaranteed by the Constitution, i.e. passage of an unconstitutional law contstitutes a CONSPIRACY if 2 or more votes are cast for the law....i.e. permits
Translated = This means when a "permit" is required to exercise a constitutional right the legal definition of a CONSPIRACY has been met to establish that a FEDERAL CRIME has already OCCURED. They have gone through a red light and it is too late to slow down and back up.......Let them rethink the issue in prison.
"COLOR OF LAW" is being used to confuse you. Don't be bamboozled Refer to USC Title 18.241 and 18.242
People subsequently involved in ENFORCING the "law" are merely joining the CONSPIRACY and making it more widespread.....i.e. Governor, City Council, Mayor, Police, Militia, National Guard, Military, etc.
Translated - When an individual (COP, MAYOR) tries to enforce an illegal UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW law that person is similarly committing another FEDERAL CRIME for which he/she can be held PERSONALLY LIABLE......
This means cop(s) cleaning out your campground where you are having a peaceful assembly and exercising your CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT of FREE SPEECH can be held accountable. . What you are speaking about is irrelevant.....sex or Santa Claus is OK as is anything else. USC Title 18.242

Note: Civil Rights get violated every day. Complaints usually are not prosecuted because the US ATTORNEY in the area will not do his job.
It is time for that to end. DEMAND prosecution. REMOVE from office (and bloated salaries) the FEDERAL EMPLOYEES who refuse to do their jobs.

You are operating under a huge misconception. Our Organic constitution is defunct and all have, via the implied consent of not objecting in writing as well as entering with many various contracts with the Incorporated Government (even registering to vote grants more consent), traded your rights to a Corporation which doles them out to your Incorporated self, as privileges.
It's a very complex and unsavory tangled mess....... quite sinister by it's very design and execution.
