I don't think this system is worth reforming. Nor could it be because any amount of substantial reform would lead to it's collapse, and most people are lazy, greedy, savages. They'll only be jostled by a lack of food on THEIR own table.
If they are savages, they are noble savages. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights were forged to protect them. Even those that disagree with our views. Tearing apart the system and replacing it with the law of the jungle is absolutely not the solution. The Constitution is a document we all agree to adhere to, we cherish it. There is no replacement worthy of its wisdom. Those who would preach us to destroy ourselves for partisan policies are those which are the greatest enemy to those noble virtues we all hold to be self-evident. I hope this encourages you to reform the system from within.

Granted, when Wall Street has 600 TRILLION dollars worth of apparently imaginary currency wrapped up in an unregulated derivatives market, the collapse can easily happen all by itself....
