This content is user submitted and not an official statement

It is the ignorance of the 99%.

Wake up! Then learn how to fight back.

Read “Common Sense 3.1” at ( http://www.revolution2.osixs.org )

I know you think you know everything. You might want to reconsider after you read this:

This almost looks alright, except the 1% is the problem.

They are the cause, the government is the symptom.

I clicked on a couple of the links and saw a graph produced by Technocracy, Inc., a group from the 1930s that wanted to replace capitalism and democracy with what they called a technocracy where everything produced was measured in energy units, the energy units were given to everyone equally and you were only required to work 15(?) hours per week, 8(?) months per year. The entire economy would then be run by engineers.

On that page it made the claim that we can have a system where science and technology could enable us to work 15-20 hours per week and that we should abolish the government.

But it didn't say what the abolished government should be replaced with. So is this someone that advocates a technocracy?

No, you didn't read common sense 3.1 - R2 (Revolution 2.0) advocates a direct democracy where the people are in charge not politicians, engineers and scientists. We get to decide what kind of future we want. It will be up to the scientist and engineers to provide it for us as best as possible within the constraints of the latest technology and resources available. They can't make our choices for us or steal from us like the banks, big business, wall street etc. have done since the beginning of this country. Much better than a technocracy which I am fully against. I like OsiXs because it is a real vision with a plan behind. There is no other vision with a real nexus. Everything else is just a rehash. Cutting taxes, raising taxes, austerity - baloney. Our problems are huge. Most of what i've seen and heard is childish nonsense. I'm an engineer by trade, I know many technologies are never going to be used mainly because of the way our political and economic system work. It wont be much longer because they are both collapsing. And without a real vision in place we are toast! I hope that made since.

You didn't explain what solution they are actually advocating!

They have 3 or 4 websites, I'm sure you will find the answer you're looking for.

So ok, say we pass your Declaration and dissolve the government then what? the problems seem to be in the economic system, or more accurately the monetary system itself, money as debt is a silly-ass idea for a system,. many better ideas are available.

[-] 1 points by junglemonkeez (208) 6 years ago

Its not necessary to dissolve government, it's only important that they think we will. We need the apparatus, we don't need the beurocracy. We need them to listen and do what is right according to the collective. Money isn't the problem, and unless I am mistaken, Equality is.

Well yes money IS a problem, the way money is created and used currently is a pyramid scam. The 1%'s private for-profit corporate banks are the ones that create money, and the 1% in government spend it in bulk, creating endless compounded debt for all taxpayers and their children, to endlessly pay back to the same private 1% bankers. They get you coming and going, and they do nothing to earn all this endless compounding interest, this is systemic and simply not needed. Our government itself can create the money, and not have all taxpayers paying endless debt to the few. The current (broken) monetary system is a money creation machine for those in power. It does nothing for the 99% except steal from our mothers.

Money isn't The problem, but absolutely feeds the unequality. People really believe their contribution to society is greater and therefor rewarded alike. And this is crap. No man is more important than me, thats not ego, thats equality.

It's really much worse than money. I don't want to confuse you even more but the money problem and all our other problems on the surface are just symptoms of a much bigger problem. I just learned this the other day reading common sense 3.2. It said that if this crises was really a financial crises then money is all we need to fix it. But that wasn't the case because we've spent trillions and it still didn't fix anything and the problem is much worse. I'm not an expert on OsiXs but they have a deeper understanding than anyone else out there. We are simple people and we tend look for simple, quick answers. OsiXs is about put our smartest people to work to solve our problems. Most of the population is clueless especially our politicians.

Can't you express yourself, Rick? Why do we need all the links? I see you did mange 7 sentence fragments.

Sorry, I'm an engineer by trade. You will have to read it for yourself and learn like I did. If you can find better ideas then please let us all know. As far as how they are expressed, I could care less. I care more about the message then being entertained or impressed.
