Stonewall congressional investigation of gun running by feds resulting in deaths of hundreds, negotiate away American sovereignty to overseas corporations, establish a "kill list" without any oversight, manage immigration law by executive order, propose and sign into law the military detention of U.S. citizens, CIA allowed to train and work with local police departments, push for Drone use by fed,state and local law enforcement over U.S. .......Nixon only ended the Vietnam war and covered for his cronies breaking into political opponents office. Opinions?

I've spent my adult life in the Democratic party. Stood on corners with signs. Marched in Solidarity. Voted straight Democrat, every election. Never again. Today I registered as an Independent. No more sending checks to the DNC or Democrat political campaigns. I joined a union 29 years ago that always supports the DNC. No more. I withdrew my membership today also. I feel Soooo much better. Since no one has been able to show I was wrong about Obama and his Administration, on Monday I will go to the Supervisor of Elections office and change my Party affiliation from Life Long Democrat to Independent. I will vote against Obama even though I voted for him the first time.
Independent is a good choice - as true independents vote issues not party politics.

Richard Nixon is a memorable liar. But by way of comparison the country today is polluted daily by the likes of Trump, Romney, Limbaugh and Cheney.
The whole mess reminds me of people in the 1960s, convinced that racial integration was a Supreme Court + communist conspiracy to destroy America.
While the so-called "kill list" is specifically an oversight tool, intended to limit use of the drones, the rest of your list sounds like Nixon -- good management, but heavy handed. Using the Executive Order to spare 800,000 kids would surely please Mr. Jesus Christ.

The "800,000 kids" you mention do need to be handled diffrently than regular illeagal immigrants. I have no poblem with that outcome. I have a huge problem with governance by decree. We have a separation of powers for very good reasons. Obama is not King of Ameica. I am no Romney fan and as a life long Democrat I am aware of Reps shortcomings. Having voted for Obama once, observed his administation in action, I cant vote for him again.

What the GOpers are doing today matches what President James Buchanan did, vetoing every bill. When the South decided to leave the Union, it was during a period of four years of non-governance.
There were bills being worked on by people elected to write laws. Obama was never elected to make/write law. He swore an oath, and violated it.
