ANSWER: Corporations are devaluing stocks for their own aggrandizement.
QUESTIONS: (answers given above) How is the middle class being impoverished? How can companies pay executives so lavishly? How can companies hire legions of lobbyists? How can companies support political campaigns? Why the concerted attempt by the GOP to establish SS market accounts? Why do we have a widening wealth gap? Why is our democracy becoming an aristocracy? How come corporate profits generally outpace stock prices? How come PBGC funds were pushed into the stock market prior to crash? What is the flimflam that has transfused untold billions to corporate causes?
