My ONLY concern or reservation about this is the possibility that a police state might be declared that will lead to violence and abusive actions on the part of the governments that could take this outcry for peace and equality in a whole new direction. I must confess that it occurs to me that the CIA instigating this to PRODUCE a police state is not outside the realm of nefarious dealings that our current regime-government would sanction in their push toward total domination. arggghhh.

If they turn the Army on U.S. citizens as indicated being a possiblity by now retired national security agency head who was a ret. Admiral. I am resigning my commission and protesting in full dress uniform like capt. Ray Lewis (police). Mark my word.
If any 'military' action is taken, it will most likely be the National Guard. My only hope is that everyone remembers the last time...May 4, 1970.
It will be the Police - they are fully militarized thanks to the ongoing farce of the War on drugs !
Don't get me wrong though. I'm totally behind Occupy Wall Street! I just think it's best to keep our guard up and ALWAYS question authority...no matter where the authority emerges. Ask hard questions, get to know everyone. Get involved. Pray for peace and hang in there. 2012 "doomsday" predictions might merely mean the end to the OLD way of life and the emergence of life built upon honor instead of duplicity, an existence built upon respect for ourselves and others, upon principle instead of greed, upon kindness and tolerance instead of war and indifference to the plight of others. God bless the re-birth of America and the healing of the world.
Become the government then. Leave your paranoia behind you and put together a slate of candidates for the House and Senate for 2012. With the pool of people you have to draw from across the country that shouldn't be a problem. Get some real power instead of demonstrating to have someone else change things.

That's why it's about Faith - not what you specifically have faith in but that you just have FAITH.

But all the information about the religion comes from people, and ultimately from primitive ancient cultures where even witchcraft was taken seriously.
Faith is foolish, in short. Your local preacher is doing little more than spreading the disease of faith. I respect serious theologians who check their facts more than the common religious person who doesn't.
Faith is about values - and every individual needs some values to have faith in, a big part of the problem today is the lack of personal values -- not religious rules -- but personal values of respect, reponsibility, justice and of course the BIG CHRISTIAN ONE = love and compassion for yourselves and fellow people on this Earth.
What Christians are these you speak of? Doesn't sound like any I've met. Not one. Whenever I really examine Christians' beliefs and "values", I always find a simmering hatred under the surface for anyone with different views and values... because after all their own views are arbitrary and yet ratified by an invented, invisible god.
