Hello all, I have been developing a concept for a long time that tries to address as many of the world's problems at once with the most specific solution that will work.

I understand that consensus is a relatively slow, though very thorough process, and I have no doubt in my mind that the actions that come out of Occupy's energy are & will be very effective.

I am eager to put my own voice into the brew, however. My perspective is that each of the major grievances that affect the country and our planet share common roots.

I believe that a great way to direct Occupy's energy is to continue community building as has been seen at protests, but in locations that can be sustained indefinitely, such as a farm. These communities can address global problems on a systematic level by resisting, and creating the best alternatives to, industrial [food, finance, energy] systems.

This is a video that I assembled with a greater explanation of the ideas I posted above. Please check it out and respond if you feel so inclined. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zgTFYTOhSC0

I am working to develop such a project myself, and am very interested in the ways that occupy can connect or apply a similar focus. I would love to connect even if it is just in dialog.

Thank you, : )
