To make Equishift more viable and palatable, and to look out for others, we must abide:
I will always use the current Script when working, exactly as posted, unedited except where indicated.
When another owner visits me for wages, I share what I can (minimum $10 currently, or whatever owners decide is fair).
I seek local goods and services even when priced well above average national/international prices. I avoid the corporations we blacklist, which we democratically decide should not exist.
My wages from Equishift can only come from door-to-door visits. I will not solicit for wages in public places or at organized events.
I will submit all of my wages above $200,000/12 per month directly to the top account.
I will issue receipts for all wages earned and report all earnings, and submit all dues.
I will do my best to assist or mentor any of my recruits whenever they need a hand.
Funds in the Top Account can only be distributed toward operating costs, bonuses, and special projects. The dispersal of funds is a worker-owner collective, democratic process.
There may be no elite group, board of directors, policy council, or any such entity involved in decision making, within the organization.
This list will grow and change as owners democratically decide. Non-owner ideas/input welcome. It can move into business planning documents in the future.
