This is a link to the education everyone should be receiving but is not found in schools.
This is the first offering of Equishift:
Equishift Recommended Resources
We want to be transparent without sacrificing the right to remain anonymous. THIS is how the idea got started.
Legal info regarding MLM / Network Marketing
The most important rule for Equishift worker-owners to adhere to is STICK TO THE SCRIPT (which will change periodically as things progress). Feel free to discuss the rule on THAT thread.
Worker-owners carry a copy of the script printed for each person we visit, and we read it together. People can read later when they have time, so they know how to get back in touch with us.
We copy the current script from the website, paste into a document with some font/size/format specs, fill in a few blanks (to personalize), and print as many as you need for the day (business expense).
As we walk up to the doors of the citizens of the world and present the opportunities Equishift offers, an unprecedented wave of awareness will wash over the face of humanity. Rise and shine, sleepy head!
(Heads up: Perpetually under construction)
Answers for new people:
About the compensation plan and the Top Account
The Compensation plan explains how you get paid for your work.
The Top Account is where the money goes when it can't go any higher. It's what we use to pay our bills, bonuses, and to finance projects.
What is the Product? What are we selling?
Offering #1:
We repair local economies by providing employment to concerned citizens without skills in demand, and resources to promote local spending and financial intelligence.
We link the public to vital news, education and resources that corporations prefer you didn't have.
We (participants) push the best "Recommended Resources" to the top, naturally, with participation (primary determinant) and evaluations (secondary determinant) on content. If you are interested in news that matters (excluding weather reports and tragic accidents), this is where you should be looking first.
We discover and promote the collectively-decided-best systemic solutions to the world's problems. We are the first entity in a long time to have the power to spread a message and act on that message, by/for/to the people. We are agents of unity and democracy.
Offering #2:
Ownership in Equishift, with an income up to $200K/year.
Script and tools to start knocking on doors.
Access to system for managing and tracking business transactions. Down-line one level is detailed, while any activity up-line and globally is visible but anonymous.
Access to owners website where business decisions are made.
Tax advantages.
There is obviously work to do, but can't we get started already? We can say that since it just got started, only part of offering #1 is available. We want you to get involved and start putting money in the top account so projects can get started. With no investment, we can make financial statements in PDF to link to. I don't think taxes need to be paid until someone earns $30K/year or something.
We need a good lawyer, accountant, and system/software team, and we need money to pay for them.
Why not make a network marketing company that sells people on creating a WSDE economy?
In other words, recruit people into a movement whose intention is to get congress to provide whatever funding is necessary to launch enough new WSDEs to employ everyone who wants to work in one.
If the movement is successful in getting congress to fund WSDEs (at least as much as it funds capitalist firms) then not only will everyone in the network marketing company become a well-paid worker in a govt-funded WSDE, but you will give that same opportunity to every worker in America.
While you build the movement, you can sell activist/motivational literature in order to raise money and pay commissions on. This will motivate people to go out and sell people on joining the WSDE movement.
So the goal is not to get rich selling some network marketing product. The goal is to get rich by getting congress to fund WSDEs.
Your pitch for this can be:
That will pique anyone's interest. Then explain that you are a political movement that is trying to get congress to provide the same amount of funding for WSDEs as it does for capitalist firms (the fed currently gives capitalist firms $90 billion per month in investment money).
If the movement is successful, every worker will have the chance to work for a WSDE if they choose. And since everyone is an equal owner and inequality is limited in a WSDE, each worker would get paid over $100k per year for working 20 hours per week.
Just ask them to support the political movement so workers have the freedom to choose whether they want to work for a capitalist firm or a democratic firm. After they are sold on the movement, then you can ask them for financial support and show how they can earn a commission by becoming an activist for the movement and by recruiting others.
I actually have owned an MLM. So I have experience with these types of companies and have been thinking about doing something like this (I'm currently back in school so don't have the time).
Focus to the big WSDE shift in time. It will rise to the top of solution initiatives in Equishift's Recommended Resources, about the same time as the concept becomes really widespread.
What better way to learn about WSDE than by owning one? The concept will be clear enough for the average person how this can be applied as an economic system.
I don't think it will be clear to anyone how you can have a WSDE economy unless it is deliberately taught to them.
I think owning an mlm has a very limited appeal. I think you would have far greater success recruiting someone into a political movement than into a network marketing business that sells movies. Since you only earn $1.50 per sale, in order to earn money in your system, you have to sell thousands of memberships. The likelihood of that happening is pretty close to zero. I don't think you will ever recruit a single person going door to door.

As the structure unfolds (since I can't make many posts/day, it takes a while), hopefully you'll see how it will rise to the top recommended resources, becoming common knowledge to the Equishift community.
I don't know what that page means.
Where are you trying to sell the idea of getting the govt to fund WSDEs and what the benefits are of a democratic economy (as opposed to just a WSDE competing within a capitalist economy)?
And what are you actually selling?
Just read it all if you really care. If I remember correctly, it's not possible to convince you that the Fed is not American, and does NOT do good for the nation. It's owned by the elite bankers, not by the nation, government or it's people.
There is a link to Fed stuff in the resources. You can try to defend the Fed THERE.
Equishift points to the education you missed by attending schools. That is part of Offering #1.
That page is a list of links.
None of them explain what the benefits of a govt-funded, democratic economy are. And none of them explain what it is you are selling. Where do I get that info?
Yes, I am the one who does not believe in conspiracy theories. I think it is crazy to say that the information you get from internet videos and websites is more legitimate than textbooks and scholarly journals.
So the cartoon in the Audio/Video link, you really disagree with any of it? Please explain there. I linked to it from my last reply. Until you come around, there's nothing for us to discuss. The Fed is almost enemy #1. Which side are you on?
I'm not sure why you are avoiding answering my questions. If you want to answer them and talk more about what you are doing, great.
But I'm not going to debate whether a cartoon on the internet is more credible than textbooks and scholarly journals.
I told you to read, sorry, I don't want to repeat myself to a dense wall.
I'm sure these people skills you are demonstrating will serve you well when selling your idea.
Any good sales training will tell you when a prospect asks a question, it is best not to answer it. Instead, send them to a list of random websites on the internet that doesn't answer their question. Because then they'll have to come back and ask their question again. When they do, you go in for the hard close by calling them a dense wall. That works every time.
Hard to say you're a prospect, this isn't our first conversation. Like I said, educate yourself with the links. The truth will knock the shit right out of your sss.
There is a real comfort in sayings (and believing), "I am one who does not believe in conspiracy theories," as you can go on living a life where you don't have to face the sad fact that they may well be true
~Odin~
I get that same comfortable feeling saying (and believing) that Santa Claus and the tooth fairy aren't real for the very same reason.
It is much easier on the psyche to accept the spoon-fed version than it is to consider the extremely ugly alternative
At the very least, a person would have to agree that 9/11 was the perfect launching pad for the neoliberal ...hegemony seeking agenda we are on, and which a lot of the corporations and institutions we are railing against here have made huge profits from
I was givien a 9/11 Truth DVD in NY well over a year ago. It had several structural engineers on it that refuted the official version with lots pf evidence. These guys did not appear to be unhinged radicals, but rather robust, even tempered out-doorsy type, believable guys. I got half way through it and had to leave it because I had something else going on at the time. Anyway it was so depressing (and I do not get depressed easily), I have never wanted to finish watching it.
I think that is how a lot of people feel, and that is, they...me too obviously just don't want to believe that the country we love could devolve so far. This is from the heart if you hadn't guessed
~Odin~
We have to simply weigh the available evidence and eventually place our faith in something. Accepting a theory because there is a possibility it's true leaves us with so many conflicting ideas that nothing at all can be believed.
I'm not trying to sell you on a version of 9/11' but rather I am trying to convey the feeling that a lot of people have. And I do realize that it is a sort of iintellectual cowardness on my part in not wanting to view that DVD in its entirety. It sits close-by on my desk though
Accepting the 'official spoon-fed narrative' also leaves you with a lot of "conflicting ideas that nothing at all can be believed," when you consider the preponderance of the evidence that is in conflict with it, and which includes eye-witness members of the FDNY who were also interviewed for that documentary
And as far as the scholarly evidence that may support the 'official version,' one has to remember that our higher education institutions where these scholars come out of have also been corrupted by the neoliberal agenda. All one would have to do to prove that point....is to is extrapolate from knowing that anything that didn't go along with Friedman's teachings on economics was rejected by many of our best universities, including Ivy League ones. So I do not look at scholarly reports as the end-all to this discussion. That's all.

Read my reply to Demandthe....., OK?....Thanks

Equishift is a WSDE.
Use this post as a place to influence business plans and innovate.
For example, I was thinking that when a worker starts earning $200K a year, they have achieved a goal, and 100% of earnings above $200K goes to the Top Account.
When you get to $200K/year but aren't satisfied (still hungry), you can stop working, and focus on improving your financial intelligence. You'll have the energy and resources to be a real community leader and responsible entrepreneur/investor.
If $200K floats your boat, feel free to go live in the bush for years while your savings grows to millions.
