Forum Post: Come on you fools....I love it when you hate me!

Posted 12 years ago on Jan. 20, 2012, 12:08 p.m. EST by slammersworldisback (-217)
This content is user submitted and not an official statement

I just noticed I am only a -62 today....you censorship loving libtards can do better than that can't you?

I know you hate any idea that doesn't follow your busted ideology and provide you with stuff for free on someone else's dime.....

I know you hate that I can, and do, source my comments and check the sources of yours....-62 is the best you can do?

Come on..you're disappointing me

Did the dial-up internet go out in your grandparents basement...or did the landlord finally evict you and your 5 roommates for health code violations?

I came here with a hope of honest debate, and exchange of idea's...but what I got was censorship, defection and denial....so, I can evolve....we can play the game that way if you like......

@Slammer...What is it like being such an utterly clueless, remarkably self-absorbed, dullard? It must be fascinating to have so little of substance to say, and yet to revel so much in having said it.

That is not very likely. I've been engaged in revolt of the social construct for quite some time - and only articulated a case for revolt in 2009.

Here we are. On the cusp of revolution.

The repelican party has lied - repeatedly - reganonomics is a failure, blue dress stains do not trump issues of national security like terrorism, and Global Warming is here.

Holding up the budget debate with brinkmanship, creating market uncertainty that drove jobs and market numbers down six weeks into that debate, and all for the purpose of political gain - these are all issues of very serious national concern. We cannot keep kicking the can down the road when it comes to our national debt - and we cannot balance the budget on the backs of middle class America.

Repelican policy of economic deregulation has brought us to the brink of economic collapse.

It is inevitable, given both the sum of the lies and the sweeping policy failures - the people will vote these repelican fools out of office.

It's just a matter of time.

It's also a matter of national security.

  • the repelican party is DONE.

You will see this become quite apparent over the course of the next six years.

What is uncertain is whether there will be ice caps left at either pole by that time.

we will see.

What censorship?

You should try not making things up.

It's unbecoming of you.

They ALMOST can't help it. It's genetic.

[-] -3 points by YouDontRepresentThe99Percent (-10) 12 years ago

There is censorship. You can like or dislike a post. Heavily disliked posts collapse and are sent to the bottom of the page.

It is censorship by the majority. Idiot.

[-] 1 points by 4TheHumanSocietyProject (504) 12 years ago

If you call people names I will dislike it. I suggest we all stop being mean and judging.

[-] 0 points by YouDontRepresentThe99Percent (-10) 12 years ago

Your a handout mooching ows bootlicking bitch. A brainwashed fool by the beggars of the scumbag fad you call ows.

Dislike please :)

[-] 1 points by shoozTroll (17632) 12 years ago

Perhaps you could try posting more likable comments.

You could also try a less confrontational username.

If you post crap, I'll click on the dislike too.

Besides, that's in software, and some form of it is used on almost every forum out there.

FYI: I was once banned from posting for 24 hrs for over using that option, so don't feel like the lone ranger.

[-] 2 points by 4TheHumanSocietyProject (504) 12 years ago

Please do not think because you have a -62 that we do not care for you. We hope that you will care about more then you do today.

[-] 1 points by BonTon (57) 12 years ago

what's the -62 mean after the handle?

[-] 1 points by 4TheHumanSocietyProject (504) 12 years ago

People disliked his comment. See the point next to your comment. You gain points with likes and lose points with dislikes.

[-] 2 points by ModestCapitalist (2342) 12 years ago

Again, scammersworld has put his pedicured foot in his mouth with another poorly thought stereotypical assessment of OWS.

"Did the dial-up internet go out in your grandparents basement...or did the landlord finally evict you and your 5 roommates for health code violations?"

Now, he's ripping on these men and women.

providing stuff for free on someone elses dime, doesnt explain why i have slaved for 35 years now and have nothing to show for it. Why did your generation of people hog all the land? The early settlers dream was to finally obtain land, the purpose of coming to america, or driving west. Shame on you land hogs, who bought homes for $19k paying them off in 5-10 years and then creating a pyramid scheme by selling them to us for 100 times as much where we have to slave for 30 years, and not even have enough money to save for our retirement. Let alone the fact that you take money out of our checks for your social security and medicare, which wont be there when I need it. (someone elses dime my ass) share the earth why dont you, you cant take it with you!

[-] 0 points by justhefacts (1275) 12 years ago

How old are your freewriterguy? You couldn't have gotten a job in this country until you were 14-16 years old....so 35+= 49-51 years old. So what have you done with the past 35 years?

I'm 44, and I've actually purchased and sold several pieces of land with homes on them in my life. The first home I bought I paid something like $75K for, and it had originally sold after being built for $20k. (I know because I had several next door neighbors who were original owners of houses on the same street) The VALUE of the land AND the house had INCREASED over time-but so had incomes and wages. I paid way more for the same house that my neighbor bought for 20k, but I also made proportionately MORE INCOME than that little old couple ever did.

That same "pyramid scheme" is the reason that a gallon of milk today costs $3.00 when the same amount of milk when the old couple was young was $.50 cents. If you want homes to decrease in price to 1970 levels, then you'd better be prepared to earn 1970's wages kiddo.

[-] 1 points by freewriterguy (882) 12 years ago

well since you asked, im 48 this year, i worked for $5 an hour as a roofer, and then went to work for $5 in the air force, and got out making $6 an hour, no I wasnt a slacker, they just dont pay that well, ten years later, finally got a job making $10 doing what I do now, and then a few years a go started my business doing what im doing now making $75-100 an hour, point is, i was making low wages, couldnt afford a home, but waited until the foreclosures to buy a nice FIRST HOME, laughing at the great deal I got, for waiting in the open free market when everyone else called me dumb for renting all these years. Funny thing is I never went to college and make $100 an hour most days too. I put my trust in God who said, "be content with your wages, and look at how things turned out for me. But still I shouldnt have had to suffer as much as I had, and it has softened my heart to the point I am concerned about my fellow man. I wouldnt want them to go thru what I had to to get my blessings. And I am motivated to do what I can to help them for I believe in another righteous principle, "to whom much is given much is required". And I sure as hell cannot see why one man like the Sach''s should make a billion dollars last year, when he would have been bankrupt had you and I (our government) bailed him out. No one ever bailed out my business, in fact, they would just leave me high and dry, try to bait and switch me, lie to me to get me to sign, and some corporations even took me to court to get judgements against me because their sales staff lied to me to put bread on their table. Some succeeded, I have never dishonored another like I have personally experienced thru most of my life here. (This also leads me to wonder if people actually might deserve alot of what they are experiencing, because of some other laws, "he that digs a pit for their neighbor shall fall into it", much like if you make the bed you have to lie in it.

if you have nothing to show for your work , it's your fault. stop whining.

[-] 1 points by freewriterguy (882) 12 years ago

ya lets amplify that out to the 99% shall we? Hey 99% of america, capella here says, if you have nothing to show for your work, its your own fault so stop whining" There I did my christian deed for the day. LOL Just messing with you, but see the point is people are speaking out because things arent right.

[-] -2 points by FarIeymowat (49) 12 years ago

Go cry in your old milwuakee. Or is whining all you do?

[-] 2 points by freewriterguy (882) 12 years ago

lol that sounds like something a 1% would say to a 99%, go cry, or is whining all you can do. all well be equal either in this life or the next.

[-] -2 points by FarIeymowat (49) 12 years ago

Equal in this life? Never. Complain, complain, complain, is all you know. Now go cry!

[-] -2 points by smartcapitalist (143) 12 years ago

Buying an asset (like a house) for cheap and selling it off for a higher price is not a pyramid scheme sir, it's called arbitrage. You cannot just chance definitions to fit your requirement, unless of course you are Shakespeare.

If you slaved for 35 years and have 'nothing to show for it' then any or more of the following is possible:

  1. Your standard for what 'to show for it' are very high
  2. You did not save enough during your lifetime
  3. You spent too much
  4. You worked a low paying job
  5. You were not qualified enough to be promoted.

I know it's hard to accept. But that's life

[-] 1 points by proletarian (8) 12 years ago

Simply making a profit is not necessarily arbitrage. Arbitrage is a transaction in which you will earn a risk free non-negative return with no capital required upfront.

[-] 0 points by smartcapitalist (143) 12 years ago

"Simply making a profit is not necessarily arbitrage" - Yeah I know. Arbitrage is more about simultaneous buying and selling. Probably not my best choice of words.

[-] 1 points by freewriterguy (882) 12 years ago

fact, is, ur quick analogy of say, "not having enough paying job, (when most people dont) and even when we do, doesnt take into account that the majority of the money i pay for my home doesnt go for my home, but for interest. and i avoided buying a home, because i couldnt afford an EXTRA $500 a month in interest to rich bankers, but I sure am glad for the foreclosures, cause now I finally got one and should have it paid for when I am 77.

[-] -1 points by slammersworldisback (-217) 12 years ago

so you expect people to extend you credit and lock up their principle without earning interest on that money?

[-] 1 points by freewriterguy (882) 12 years ago

actually i prefer they dont exist then i could go and chop down some trees and build my own house and wouldnt need another for anything. how nice it would have been to be noah!

[-] 0 points by slammersworldisback (-217) 12 years ago

you can't really be that stupid? why are you acting like it?

[-] 1 points by freewriterguy (882) 12 years ago

its not stupid think about it, would you rather be packed in to your home like sardines, so that developers make more money off you, and neighbors get to complain to the city ordinance enforcement, for every little thing? why in my city, a woman went to jail for selling flowers from her house last feb, during a time that people had lost their jobs. im sure the pioneers didnt call the ordinance enforecement when a man was blacksmithing in his back yard like they have done on me.

[-] 0 points by slammersworldisback (-217) 12 years ago

for the money you spend to by a home in a development in a city you could easily purchase a small acreage in the country far from the influence of nosy neighbors, but...then you would have the utopia you seek....however, there would be no fire department, or police, or free health care, grocery store, etc etc

The question becomes whether you want the one, or the other.....

[-] 1 points by freewriterguy (882) 12 years ago

whats really odd, is that I thought I had found an acre for 5000 dollars, an hour and a half from my city, only to find a city ordinance there that says, I must purchase a minimim of 140 acres if i am going to live on it, that again out cost me by 500,000. The other lands that are available in the country have covenant rules, and monthly dues, i swear whoever invented this should be hanged publicallyl. One of those covenants, is that I must build a log home within two years, and then living there in a trailer is no longer allowed, and again I would be evicted from my land.

[-] -2 points by FarIeymowat (49) 12 years ago

If you're so blessed, why the incessant whine? Can I get a seven course dinner with that?

[-] 2 points by freewriterguy (882) 12 years ago

dude people are suffering all across the country, and you single me out as a whiner? what gives? this shows signs of brainwashing from the 1 percent trickled down to turn the 99% against each other. A better response would be, well hopefully this movement will help make this nation a better place for us all.

[-] 0 points by FarIeymowat (49) 12 years ago

It could possibly have. It was hopeful initiation followed by disillusionment. This place is left vs. Right. Same old shit. No one talks about runaway spending solutions. No one talks about a completely corrupt government, on both sides. I came here because I thought getting money out of politics was the way to keep people from buying office. What ever happened to that?

[-] 1 points by freewriterguy (882) 12 years ago

that sounds on track. like the disillusionment, that taxing the rich is the solution. I dont want the government to have more money, cause that would ultimately result in two things. 1. the government would grown and gain more power to take from me and my family, and 2. My family would never receive anything from that extra revenue anyways. Better off letting the rich keep it so they can buy my products.
Our government exists as a cancerous consumer whose purpose is to consume our resourses, that are supposed to serve we the people.
Another example (I usually provide one example to each of my statements,) is to look at how complex and what a closed system it is to try to sell a product or service to the government who just happens to be one of the biggest buyers of my products, but it took me 5 years to learn the ropes, and due to bureacracy, and overregulation (which i can prove in writing) and though I often fill out the small business preferential papers, I rarely can proceed with a government contract even when it is awarded to me.

[-] 0 points by FarIeymowat (49) 12 years ago

Damn sad. Fuck government contracts. I had one for three years and it was fine. Until the rebid process came and I was lowballed 50%. They had to hire a company, that they really did not want. Whenever I stop by this small office, they all ask when I'm going to bid again. I tell them I can't work for a starvation pay.

It's called BIGOTRY.

A bigot is a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices, especially one exhibiting intolerance, irrationality, and animosity toward those of differing beliefs or genetics or political views or social status.

Congratulations to occupywallst.org for inventing what I propose could very well become the 2012 "buzz term of the year"-

Political Bigot or Social Bigot. Take your pick!

[-] -1 points by YouDontRepresentThe99Percent (-10) 12 years ago

I wish I could rate this comment up to 1000. Great Post.

[-] -1 points by justhefacts (1275) 12 years ago

I don't kid myself, it's going to hit the bottom of the page in under an hour and we both know it!!! LOL.

But feel free to use it at your discretion and make an entire thread out of it if you'd like. I'm planning to make the term main stream by Spring. :)

[-] -1 points by YouDontRepresentThe99Percent (-10) 12 years ago

That is the way this "movement" works. Shout down at anyone who disagrees with this load of shit and call them the 1%.

Even though the people who disagree are right for pointing out the missing logic that these idiots neglect to use.

[-] 1 points by freewriterguy (882) 12 years ago

oh, i thought u said you were 62, i have against old people, one even asked me to help her carry out her trash when i was working at an old folks gated community i said hell no, their people were so cheap, i lost about 10k on the job and might not even survive in my business, so i sure wasnt going to donate anymore time by helping this old lady with her trash on my dime. I told my workers not to help her either.

[-] 0 points by muddFlapp (-108) 12 years ago

No I am 40

Cold hearted self centered little bitch aren't you now? Turn down a little old lady because you're so bitter. Shame on you. You need to go stand in the corner with your nose to the wall until you decide you want to be a decent little libtard leech. Now get to your corner!

[-] 1 points by freewriterguy (882) 12 years ago

let the old serve me first instead of witholding the abundance of God's earth from me, then we can talk about it. For now, I am ashamed to have lived here with you people who are supposed to be my brother, and my complaint shall be heard at the great judgement bar of the Lord.
