"Citing figures from the Phoenix Convention Center, Sanders’ campaign spokesman said 11,347 people attended the rally."

It was a great rally, the most people I have seen at one of these.

New and improved - NOW with Social Media Share Buttons:

Something unprecedented is going to happen tomorrow night. Will you be able to say that you were a part of it?

Tomorrow night—Wednesday, July 29—in 3,146 homes, town squares, coffee shops and union halls, more than 82,000 people who support Bernie's campaign will participate in our first organizing meeting. You will see Bernie via live video, make new friends and help build the movement that’s taking our country back from the billionaire class.

Will you be a part of it?

Yes, I want to find an organizing meeting near me! or I can’t make it, but I’ll contribute $3 to support these organizing meetings.

We’ve got the people on our side—not the billionaires. Your small donations pay for the basic infrastructure that allows this movement to grow and grow and grow.

Here’s what history looks like. Each dot on this map is an organizing meeting happening Wednesday night:

Map of July 29 Meetings

No other presidential campaign has had this many grassroots events this early on in the race—not even President Obama. That's what I mean when I say tomorrow night will be historic.

At tomorrow night's organizing meetings, supporters in your community will meet each other and share their stories about why they support Bernie. Then there will be a live video of Bernie speaking about what our next steps will be to build our campaign in your neighborhood.

It's going to be a big night, Dan, and I hope you won't miss it. Will you join us?

Yes, I want to RSVP for an organizing meeting. or I can’t make it, but I’ll contribute $3 to support these organizing meetings.

Thank you for all you do.

The six closest to my house are still full but I'm going to one anyway.

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 8 years ago

Good luck - hopefully they will make room for you. I wish they would have added the share buttons sooner - there might have been more meetings.

I watched on the web, I've applied to be one of the founding coordinators and I'm going to recruit a friend to as well if I can.

15,000 in Texass?

Bernie just spoke to eleven thousand in Arizona. Fifteen thousand in Texas. These numbers are totally unprecedented for this stage in a presidential election in any state, let alone Red states. Millions of people are stepping up and signing up to build a movement around Bernie’s campaign.

What next? This: On the evening of July 29th, Bernie will speak to another unprecedented crowd. And this time, no matter where you live, you can attend. Bernie will be speaking via video to more than 1,500 separate events -- all organized by volunteers, in their homes, in local pubs and coffee shops, in union halls, and in large auditoriums.

Reserve your spot at a kickoff meeting near you before everything fills up: Click here to see the meetings near you.

Why are so many people coming out to support Bernie? Because we know who he is -- and he knows who he his. We know who he stands for -- the people -- and who he doesn’t stand for -- the billionaire class. And anyone who watches Bernie speak for even a few minutes sees what we already know: he’s not a stage-managed triangulator -- he’s the real deal.

That’s why it’s so important on July 29, that you not only bring yourself, but bring your friends too.

This is just the beginning, team. This is only our first official organizing kickoff. And we all know where this is going to end: With a grassroots movement powerful enough to take this country back from the billionaire class -- and Bernie in the White House to help us do it.

Let’s go!

They are talking polls right now on MorningJoe and finally they are starting to poll Bernie against the GOP bunch and finding out he does better than Hillary! The tide is shifting I hope the real, I'm not talking about the fools on here but the real OWS wakes up and moves, this is our chance!

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 8 years ago

Bernie is pointing the way - and he knows damn well that he can not do it alone and he says so - it is time for people to stop voting against their own best interests and kick those assholes out of government to put others like Bernie into positions of representing For The People.

I got a notice about the 7/29 event, I saw it in my email two hours after it was sent out, I went to sign up at the closest meetup and it was full, I went to the next one and it was full, I have to decide if I want to drive 20 miles or host one now.

15,000 is way more popular than any of the leaders the US claims to kill daily in Iraq, Afghanistan or Syria, daily

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 8 years ago

Why don't you start working at providing positive action for people to get involved with.

Your go nowhere constant bitching is useless as well as irritating.

Try to work at providing actions to unite in taking.

There have got to be movements that are anti-war that you could be supporting - Hey?

Really! Please do try to be proactive rather than be uselessly dissociative.

This "is" your sole chosen area of focus - right?

I saw the Phoenix address : Bernie Sanders in Phoenix Arizona

Good turn-out - good speech - good reaction.

[-] 2 points by factsrfun (8310) from Phoenix, AZ 8 years ago

It was a great crowd.

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 8 years ago

One can only hope that people in Arizona as well as all across the country are sharing links to Bernie's public address's with friends and family.

Bernie is showing up in the polls now, if you look down at the favorability rating you can see that Hillary is in trouble, Sanders is going to win this thing, if he can learn about race issues...

If HRC really were for the people - she would drop out of the race while speaking in support of Bernie.

sort of like OWS? I remember people saying they were going to stay in the park till we got some change, is there anybody in the park today? the only change we've had is more wealth inequality than ever....

[-] 2 points by factsrfun (8310) from Phoenix, AZ 8 years ago

so many users gone now, at least people are listening to Bernie now maybe OWS did at least that much Bernie has been talking about wealth inequality long before OWS and long after, but maybe if it did nothing else it got people to listen to Bernie, if Bernie wins there will no doubt be a shake up

I understand you'd prefer people not have war, not so much that you would do anything about it, you just sort of wish they wouldn't.....

[-] 1 points by factsrfun (8310) from Phoenix, AZ 8 years ago

kettle and pot time eh?

[-] 1 points by MattHolck0 (3867) 8 years ago

as a long as a nation uses the weapons the USA distributes

[-] 1 points by factsrfun (8310) from Phoenix, AZ 8 years ago

and here for a moment it sounded like you were ready for a new angle

I can understand that you think your thoughts are so perfect they should simply be adopted, you are appalled that you would have to actually participate in an imperfect system to cause change, ego my man, but then you know that, you know it is your ego you care most about.

[-] 0 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 8 years ago

Who are you supporting for local state & federal government positions?

Or are you just gonna let others choose who gets put into positions of authority?

You do plenty of bitching - you do little (nothing?) to support change.

[-] 2 points by MattHolck0 (3867) 8 years ago

right .. because being one of the few that abhors war and willing to speak against bombing

I add no contrast to consider against this monolithic politic

[-] 2 points by factsrfun (8310) from Phoenix, AZ 8 years ago

everybody I know abhors war you are far from "one of the few", but you do nothing except complain, you urge people to let the 1% make all the choices, you enable the bombers so you can bitch but you DO nothing you change nothing, you and others like you allow the 1% to do what they do and you urge others to as well you are a part of the problem

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 8 years ago

Fine you speak against war - now what are you doing to speak for change?

You bitch but you don't promote.

Don't be disappointed that you see no positive change - if you do not push/promote it.

[-] 3 points by MattHolck0 (3867) 8 years ago

we can stop dropping bombs today

[-] 0 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 8 years ago

Sure we could - NOW - how are You gonna see that happen?

Where is your antiwar movement? Where is your anti-war protests? Where are your anti-war political rallies?

You got something more than posting attacks made on IS ?

Where is the movement charging crimes against humanity in the use of drones and the killing of innocent civilians?

the whole world watches

we could stop dropping bombs today

[-] 0 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 8 years ago

the whole world watches

Yes - now what? You got something to forward that the whole world is taking part in to protest? Something that is going on here in the USofA ?

[-] 2 points by MattHolck0 (3867) 8 years ago

demand that the bombing be stopped as per executive order

act got your tongue ?

[-] 1 points by agkaiser (2516) from Fredericksburg, TX 8 years ago

and if they don't stop on demand, will you bomb them to enforce your will?

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 8 years ago

Good luck trying to get anything meaningful out of mat. He has a lot of empty rhetoric/protest but after all of this time he still has nothing to forward as to taking actual positive action - quite like many who waste time here.

[-] 1 points by MattHolck0 (3867) 8 years ago

sorry about your candidate there

why doesn't he question the war ?

[-] 1 points by MattHolck0 (3867) 8 years ago

no , that's just an excuses

[-] 0 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 8 years ago

demand that the bombing be stopped

A fine thing to do - NOW - you got any movements that are doing this to forward support of and participation in?
