On the fourth Thursday of November, families gather all across America to celebrate a feast of thanksgiving. This is to honor the memory of the thanksgiving meal celebrated by the Pilgrims in 1621. Myth and nationalistic lore now shrouds this meal. Was there turkey on the first thanksgiving table? Probably not, but we are certain there was venison and pigeon. And sorry, don’t save your fork because there was no pumpkin pie for dessert either!

Invade a country. Slaughter its inhabitants. Take their land. Then put up a sign that says no stealing. Nothing hypocritical about property rights.

Invade a country, take their Oil, take their gold. Back at home make prisons #1 business, Back at home human population only has one use, a mercenary army to export terrorism on the world, Call your self the world's policeman, and send them a bill. :)

Welcome to ameriKKKa, ... move along, ...

If you bother to study US history, you'll see that we run under Hamilton Constitutional Federalism, and only land owners had any rights. Not much has changed, ownership is what makes ameriKKKa, maybe this is why folks want to do away with ownership,

Problem is like when Russia collapsed, FAT-CATS and connected people bought entire oil companys and national parks for almost nothing and became billionaires overnight, today there are more billionaires in Russia than anywhere else in the world.

Funny how folks in the USA want to follow the path of Russia & China.

We're the only country to totally destroy someone and then give them land and money.

Will you be volunteering your property for the Indians to begin to repopulate?

I'm sure many of them stole it from others too.

That's the problem with privatizing the earth, it is a corrupt idea based on violence.

The planet belongs equally to everyone, not to the richest or the strongest or the first to claim it.

Actually there is a good point here for the children to learn. Let's take the case of 'CHINA' a real life country that no longer allows 'property rights', see all land is owned by the People, er I should say the government.

So what's it mean in REALITY here in CHINA?

Land is the most expensive in the world, nobody can own land its all owned by the government, but does that mean its fair? Hell no, see the government has long played a PONZI scheme with their land not unlike the USA, only difference is in USA when the land prices go up so does property tax revenue. In CHINA when land goes up the government on paper get's richer, the grandest scheme of all. But what does it mean for the People? Not a whole lot, nobody except the 1% can afford to buy a home and here a home means a flat, or in USA speak it means buying an apartment room, about 100 sq-ft, costs you about 2 million yuan, or about $300,000 USDollar, now that's prices in cheap places like Kunming where I'm at, if you head up to Shanghai or Beijing, its a million USDollars for a small flat most you people would call a toilet room.

What's it all mean when People can't own land?? Well if you look at Russia, or China, ... or wherever they have done away with ownership it means the people who control the government set the prices.

But what does this mean for the little? Poverty just like anywhere else.

A community land trust is an area of land which is owned collectively by the members that live there. The concept helps to keep prices down, contrary to what you are posting above.

To generalize any notion of the abolition of private property with places such as China or Russia is misleading. Such are structures based on fairly strong authoritarian regimes despite having socialist tendencies and are rarely the sort of structures most favoring alternative economic positions support due in part to other economic initiatives that could be in place.

The narrator on the video is pretty funny! I love the phonetic pronunciations of the odd old language (spelling).. I take it you don't think a ban on private property is a good idea?

well - look how it turns out that's all. good luck. This time it will be different I am sure.

Not for long. The New World Order will have a policy of no-one being able to own property. Check out Agenda 21. The socialists/communists have said that the socialism that will take peoples rights will be ushered in by the people through their own revolution.

so this is a communist takeover attempt. Glad it's out in the open now.
