I agree that we need to elect an alternative party although Gary Johnson wouldn't be my choice. He would be better than voting for the parties that have been bought with campaign propaganda ads; but unfortunately he didn't even fill out his Project Vote Smart questionnaire which I think should be mandatory.

As indicated at previous times I think that Jill Stein would be much better but Rocky Anderson has some good positions on the issues as well and they both filled out their questionnaires.

The most important thing is letting people know that voting for candidates supported by millions if not billions of dollars of propaganda ads paid for by corporations is allowing your vote to be bought but you won't be the one that gets paid for it; the people that create the propaganda will collect the loot.

Party's do not make a difference 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc etc etc.

Issues make the difference. Individuals supporting or opposing issues make the difference.

Until WE THE PEOPLE FOCUS ON THE ISSUES - nothing of any consequence will change for the better.

One issue for this upcoming election is - that mittens and ayn must lose. As there is no major ground swell support for a 3rd candidate at this point in time.

The meaningful and possible change can start in this election cycle in the state local and national elections of representatives.

An issue to support.

In Minnesota I get the opportunity to vote for supporting marriage rights for all.

I am also being given the opportunity to vote on voting rights.

Hey, hey, this is an Obama only site any talk of third party does not belong here. Freedom of thought is frowned upon here you are only allowed to speak the progressive line. ( on separate note I wish 3rd party would get traction)

Funny how everyone thinks Obama is the Messiah as he destroys the Constitution with the NDAA (secret arrest and detainment of American citizens) which he said he wouldn't sign and is now fighting the judges ruling that blocked that specific sub section. But that's freedom right?

no one thinks Obama is the Messiah

That's what progressives call it. You are not supposed to hold Obama to a high standard just rep. Would it be nice if these progressives held everyone to that standard?
