My suggested agenda:
- FDR's unrealized Economic Bill of Rights http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=effDfpKYcVo
- Direct democracy to KEEP these reforms -and get others we need- by keeping the people in power. The best project for direct democracy is led by Mike Gravel: http://Vote.org

Ballot initiatives DO have problems, but they're easily solved. Oregon now has Citizen Initiative Review to prevent those problems: http://healthydemocracyoregon.org Gravel's plan includes something very similar.
