With a global derivatives market of over 700 Trillion, those fines are chump change.

I loved how JP lost 5billion out of thin air, and then filed a record setting 8 billion 3rd quarter.

LIBOR should have the politicians acting quickly. Instead its zero action.

I would have to say their worst moment will be when the clock strikes midnight on 2012, and the realize they could have plundered the system much more and no one would have given a damn.

Truth - the wheels of justice will only be greased and set in motion by - THE PEOPLE - getting involved and taking action.
