A Message From Occupied Wall Street (Day Seven)

This is the seventh communiqué from the 99 percent. We are occupying Wall Street.

On September 23rd, 2011, it rained. We organized what shelter the police would allow us and thought. We thought about everything that is wrong with this country, with this world. We talked. We talked about everything that is wrong in this world. There has been no real conversation in this country and this world about wealth and the way it is misused. We are that conversation. Join us and make your voice heard. What is your one demand?

Our voice will no longer be ignored. There are too many things wrong with this world for our voices to be silenced. You know this. We know this. This is why we are here, why we grow every day.

Occupy your homes. You own your home, a callous bank that split ownership of your home into hundreds of parts, redistributing them across the world under false ratings does not own your home. Fifty times as much speculative trading as commercial trading goes on each day in America. You are in debt to people who make money by moving money from place to place using computers.

You have a right to shelter. No one can take that right from you.

Banks are able to restructure settlements constantly, they receive billions and billions of dollars so that they can stay afloat for long enough to steal your property from you. Do not let them. Do not leave your house. If the police come to steal your house and deliver it to the 1 percent film them and show the world and then join us. If we are not already occupying your city, your town, bring a sleeping bag, a pillow, and contact us. We will help you find food. We will help you sue for shelter. We will find each other. We will grow. We will build - city by city, block by block.

We stand in solidarity with homeowners across the country and the world whose homes are in the process of being stolen by faceless conglomerations motivated only by profit. We are the 99 percent. We will not let you steal our homes. We will not let you deprive us of a basic right, shelter, so that you can buy a home you do not use. We are here. We are growing. And we will not be moved.

We stand in solidarity with Madrid, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Madison, Toronto, London, Athens, Sydney, Stuttgart, Tokyo, Milan, Amsterdam, Algiers, Tel Aviv, Portland, Chicago and Palestine. Soon we will stand with Phoenix, Montreal, Cleveland, Atlanta, Kansas City, Dallas, Orlando and Miami. We're still here. We are growing. We intend to stay until we see movements toward real change in our country and the world.

How about cutting out the strip shows. If you want to be taken seriously take yourselves seriously. This is not some opportunity to revive the counterculture. Any efforts to do so are only going to erode any popular support. I'm also not a big fan of misinformation. Do what you can to minimize that.

Getting on board with the unions is the best thing you've done or can do. They are the working class who are seeing their factories being closed up and their wages stagnate. They are organized and professional and experienced. Cut out the free love hippie act and start acting like you mean business.

Very good points. There needs to be outreach to the working class. Ultimately the working class and unemployed/underemployed must figure out how their problems converge. Programs for full employment, reducing the workweek, defending and expanding Medicare and other goals must be at the forefront. Let us not get too bogged down by trying to reinvent the wheel. Governments are given to supporting the economic order of things because, in the case of the U.S., economic relationships have been paramount in defining the U.S. as independent from Great Britain and asserting statehood. It is understandable, though not desirable, that a set of increasingly narrow minded and essentially lazy (both physically and intellectually) politicians would support a failing economic system, since they are the most dependent upon this system; as are the people who are still being rewarded by our economic system. To have the needs of the people met,one simple demand cannot sum up what needs to change in order to prevent our country from descending into chaos and losing legitimacy. What Americans absolutely need is to have those most responsible for the financial crisis put on trial. Henry Paulsen, Tim Geithner, Alan Greenspan, Rubin, and maybe Bernanke too. The financial institutions have turned into the oligarchy that our forefathers warned and they have an inordinate amount of power over the rest of the people and therefore society. Break up the banks and let any politician who has been on the take have to admit to their unethical behavior. The next imperative for preserving our country is to make it the law that all elections must be publicly funded, thereby eliminating the need for corporate donations, and last but not least, corporate person hood must be exposed for the detrimental hoax that it is and for the harm it does to society. Most importantly, though, is that our elected representatives must be forced to stop relating to their constituents as the simple mediators between citizens and corporations and in order to do this, we the people must identify the work that needs to be done, the work that is of utmost importance. We do not need more factory jobs that are slaves to the arcane production consumption model. We do not need any more cars on planet earth, as we have plenty. What we need are transportation systems WITHIN cities as well as without them, so that people have a viable means of transportation. We need to have and to allow investment in truly small and local businesses, as this is the only recipe for sustainable job growth. We need to have occupations that are focused on the task of preserving the ecosystems that we rely on for natural resources to live, to eat, to breath, to drink. Environmentalism is an absolute necessity in the changing global culture. We do not need more fast food restaurants, more fashion outlets, more shopping centers that will be abandoned for lack of shoppers with disposable income, more restaurants...these are part and parcel of a the decaying economy. The production consumption of goods, services, at the expense of labor and people, is not sustainable. Nor is the flagrant self aggrandizement of the super wealthy who DID NOT garner their money through the legitimate means.

Me: We ARE bogged down. We're being decimated, and we're going too slow.

Compared to D-Day, where we were the allies just having set foot on the beach at 0630 hours, June 6th, 1944, at current pace "Battle of the Bulge" is not expected for 175,000 years in the future. Things are not good.

We need to coordinate better do get past the first bunker, most of us are shell-shocked, disoriented, confused or dead at the gate and dead in the water.

I recently moved to Austin. I have close relative(s) who are Texas natives. I don't know if people are afraid..not sure what we have to fear, so long as developers are letting huge pains of glass fall from the sky onto our bodies without any protests going on. But fear of the unknown is a curiously powerful force. I will find out and reply back later today.

Establish an information platform for the public government, political and economic affairs must be fully democratic discussion, by all the people vote! Of course, this is the information platform source code to be open, to avoid the back door.The representative is out of date, people must decide their own thing!

Representatives are still needed because most people lack the time to become fully informed on the issues affecting them. If hundreds (thousands?) of people talking economics in a park for a week can't agree on a single demand, what hope is there for a person with a family and a full-time job? Either nothing will ever get done because all the decision-makers are too busy being living-makers, or we'll be back to where we are today with people voting based on what little information their favorite biased news program gave them last night.

At some point you just need to find somebody you know and trust and have them figure it all out for you. Unfortunately, people with those qualities tend not to show up on ballots.

The problem is not that we have representatives, it is that our representatives are strangers to most of the people they represent.

Information asymmetry is the Achilles heel of a representative, the rulers use of information asymmetry to fool people, so I say that political and economic events through to full democracy in the information platform discussion, then a referendum to eliminate information asymmetry.

The Sainte-Lague parliament seat distribution system, a system where the results are calibrated mathematically up or down to elect the exact number of seats available, was invented with algebra in the mid 1800s.

How can you improve or reinvent 1/00ths and the algebra that says 1% is one of 100? I don't get your point.

Representative democracy is not out of date, because nobody has time to debate every miniscule decision. Most people prefer an elected assembly, a republic, to take care of business.

That does not preclude direct democracy and the use of computers, but the use of pure proportional representation (PR) IS preferred by all parties and independents.

Please forgive my ignorance, as I am not familiar with the Sainte-Lague parliament seat distribution system. What I am certain of, though, is that offering up this distribution system as a solution to the fundamental problem of cronyism and corruption is putting the cart before the wheels, before the horse. I do not doubt that there is room for increased representation, but the problems that we face, massive unemployment, wasteful spending on wars, war profiteering, corruption in government and media that rests in the hands of corporate interests...don't see these being corrected by promoting the Sainte- Lague parliament seat distribution system at the present time, but maybe this is due to my lack of imagination and ignorance on the topic. Addressing the dysfunctional economic relationship between government, the finance industry, and the body politic is the first and basic step. This is recognized as an insult to all Americans who were coerced into sub prime loans and who are being tossed out of their houses because homes. We need to address the rapid pace of mergers and acquisitions that have caused the fledgling economies of communities to be undermined. It will not matter how many people we elect to represent us if we no longer know what it is that we want and need in our communities and in the world...no?

Well, I commend your passion, although I do not agree with your reasoning.

For example, when I bought land, I paid $200. a month every month for five years, paid it off ahead of time. When my sister bought a house, 60 days before the crash, I warned her, pay cash and don't finance. She could have, she had just divorced, sold the house, and had cash to buy a new house. She financed anyway, and she didn't even have a job. When the markets crashed, her house was devalued and she owed more than it was worth. Now that's my sister who I love, do you think I care about strangers?

Now this cycle with me and my sister repeats over and over, she never listens to me to this day. So, should I have to pay more in taxes because she's arrogant and not thinking logically? Just before the dot com crash in 1999, she was bragging about millions in Sun Micro stock, that soon crashed and the stock became worthless. I had warned her to sell it when she was bragging, but she never listened to me.

To me the Sainte-Lague is similar. I can rant and rant about how we need to work together, and need organize in a rational, orderly, peaceful and non-confrontational manner, but there are many people who want confrontation, slander, threats of violence. The way to solve this shit, is through organizing advanced elections, IMO. Not rhetoric, but votes cast as proof. Elect the parliament, and vote on decisions. If we can't do that fast, the status-quo is doing it anyway, faster.

Please allow me to expose the Libertarian, Green and Constitution Parties. They are all supporting IRV (instant runoff voting) which is for single winner districts (i.e. president). But the true system is the Sainte-Lague, two or more per district (president/vice president, chairman/vice chairman, gov/lt. gov). When we elect 1000, #1 is president, #2 is vice president, and we also have #s 3 to 1000, all elected in one 1000-member district.

The conventions are next year 4/20 Nashville (Constitution Party), 5/17 Las Vegas (Libertarian Party) and 7/16 Sacramento or Baltimore (Green Party). But if we don't get the three parties working together, we'll write off another year of dysfunction. Time is urgent, I can't emphasize this enough.

The establishment parties put up roadblocks against outsiders, they keep out independents and get smaller and smaller by electing only one candidate for president, as a single winner district.

Nobody is listening, use stacks of ranked choice ballots as proof, and work together in population balanced super-state parliaments. Texas, NY, California, and nine groups of states, grouped to create population balance with the big three states.

One at a time, the parliament gets new members, but we need to grow ten-fold per day.

The USA Parliament is like a miniature party, about 1/250th the size of all others, so we need to absorb all three of the others, and as many people as possible, as quickly as possible, to have a chance.

I believe that you must be referring to the status-quo representatives, who help prop up censorship of competition of innovative pro free speech party names. For example, should the Pot Party not be censored, would you consider a Pot Party representative to be "deceive you" and "serve capitalists Who pay them"?

Parliaments are the backbone of that conventional democracy prevailing in the world today. Parliament is a misrepresentation of the people, and parliamentary systems are a false solution to the problem of democracy. A parliament is originally founded to represent the people, but this in itself is undemocratic as democracy means the authority of the people and not an authority acting on their behalf. The mere existence of a parliament means the absence of the people. True democracy exists only through the direct participation of the people, and not through the activity of their representatives. Parliaments have been a legal barrier between the people and the exercise of authority, excluding the masses from meaningful politics and monopolizing sovereignty in their place. People are left with only a facade of democracy, manifested in long queues to cast their election ballots.

To lay bare the character of parliaments, one has to examine their origin. They are either elected from constituencies, a party, or a coalition of parties, or are appointed. But all of these procedures are undemocratic, for dividing the population into constituencies means that one member of parliament represents thousands, hundreds of thousands, or millions of people, depending on the size of the population. It also means that a member keeps few popular organizational links with the electors since he, like other members, is considered a representative of the whole people. This is what the prevailing traditional democracy requires. The masses are completely isolated from the representative and he, in turn, is totally removed from them. Immediately after winning the electors' votes the representative takes over the people's sovereignty and acts on their behalf. The prevailing traditional democracy endows the member of parliament with a sacredness and immunity which are denied to the rest of the people. Parliaments, therefore, have become a means of plundering and usurping the authority of the people. It has thus become the right of the people to struggle, through popular revolution, to destroy such instruments - the so-called parliamentary assemblies which usurp democracy and sovereignty, and which stifle the will of the people. The masses have the right to proclaim reverberantly the new principle: no representation in lieu of the people.

If parliament is formed from one party as a result of its winning an election, it becomes a parliament of the winning party and not of the people. It represents the party and not the people, and the executive power of the parliament becomes that of the victorious party and not of the people. The same is true of the parliament of proportional representation in which each party holds a number of seats proportional to their success in the popular vote. The members of the parliament represent their respective parties and not the people, and the power established by such a coalition is the power of the combined parties and not that of the people. Under such systems, the people are the victims whose votes are vied for by exploitative competing factions who dupe the people into political circuses that are outwardly noisy and frantic, but inwardly powerless and irrelevant. Alternatively, the people are seduced into standing in long, apathetic, silent queues to cast their ballots in the same way that they throw waste paper into dustbins. This is the traditional democracy prevalent in the whole world, whether it is represented by a one-party, two-party, multiparty or non-party system. Thus it is clear that representation is a fraud.

Moreover, since the system of elected parliaments is based on propaganda to win votes, it is a demagogic system in the real sense of the word. Votes can be bought and falsified. Poor people are unable to compete in the election campaigns, and the result is that only the rich get elected. Assemblies constituted by appointment or hereditary succession do not fall under any form of democracy.

Philosophers, thinkers, and writers advocated the theory of representative parliaments at a time when peoples were unconsciously herded like sheep by kings, sultans and conquerors. The ultimate aspiration of the people of those times was to have someone to represent them before such rulers. When even this aspiration was rejected, people waged bitter and protracted struggle to attain this goal.

After the successful establishment of the age of the republics and the beginning of the era of the masses, it is unthinkable that democracy should mean the electing of only a few representatives to act on behalf of great masses. This is an obsolete structure. Authority must be in the hands of all of the people.

The most tyrannical dictatorships the world has known have existed under the aegis of parliaments.

But you must self nominate your name and participate through voting and voter registration for this to work. For example, MP Ralph Nader [Independent] agreed to allow his name on our ballot in 1994, before he was a candidate for president, and when he did run for president his team was disorganized and dysfunctional and the results were not good because he did not utilize us, the All Party System (and independents) and there was no orderly manner for electing a team.

The problem is with the mechanics of single-winner districts and plurality voting.

The more names elected per district in ranked choice voting, the higher the satisfaction level. 2 people elected per district=66.66% plus two votes. 3 people elected=75% plus three votes. 4 people=80% plus four votes, 100 people elected in one district under ranked choice voting is 99% plus 100 votes. 1000 people elected in one district=99.9% plus 1000 votes, etc,

Plurality voting is any voting using an "x", raise the hand, click the dot, punch the hole, a check, nod the head, etc.

Plurality voting is voting with anything except consecutively ranked numbers beginning with the number one.

HI people! I will not invite you, as Steve Jobs did"To be hungry and foolish!". No. Instead I wish to invite you to be intelligent and as wise as possible, In fact as gar as I know/learned, in the USA the Government and most of the so called "establishment" since a short time after the Indipendence and the death of the founders, never appreciated indipendent minds, trade unions, social movements and so on. For that reason teh "Machiavelli's Prince" is always carefully watching the horizon to prevent any initiative (for instance a new movemente, a new party, etc) that could be considered a threat for the USA society.. But, in fact, just for the "Status quo" and the privileges of the so called establishment. For that reason I wish toi invite you to act intelligently and wisely, not giving a reason or a pretext to let the "Prince" to unleash (sending against you) the 9 dogs that suddenly appeared in the George Orwell's (Eric Blkais) masterpiece " I quite agree with you that one of the existing masterproblems is represented by the behaviour of the so called hiper and algorithmed finance and the enormous funds that are going across the whole world at light speed everywhere there is the possibility of earning just even another dime... Of course the hiperfinance and the mobile money should be stopped or at least rationally regulated all over the world but for the moment it is rather difficult to do. To adopt the so called Tobin tax only in Europe, as sponsored by France and Germany is not enough but only a first step/stage. OCCUPY YOUR OWN HOME

LADIES AND GENTLEMAN, as you may very well know, we have a private, monopolistic, toxic, predatory monetary system that has corrupted many politicians, various appointed Civil Servants, officers in the Military Industrial Complex, executives in Multinational Corporations, including Bankers and their not-to-be-trusted Appraisers, Lawyers, Brokers and Real estate Agents.

One of the most predatory frauds is illegal foreclosure.

From my research into foreclosures, I found that the banks have traditionally loaned credit/money they didn’t have and collected 2.5 times the value of the loan over 30 years and were regulated by the Glass-Seagall Act of 1933. That bill was to hold banks accountable and prevent them from gambling with depositor’s money so that the banks could NOT trade their assets on Wall Street.

That all changed in 1999 with the repeal of the Glass-Seagall Act and the introduction of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. This bill allowed banks to package securities. They could take a mortgage loan and change it into stock to be sold on Wall Street. So instead of waiting the customary 30 years to get 2.5 times the value of the loan, they got 1.05 to 1.5 times their money immediately be selling mortgage backed securities.

Investors investing in stock bought the lender’s securitized loans and, voila, no more bank-owned loans!

Since 1999 the banks knew these loans were destined for Wall Street, so they slacked off on their strict lending underwriting. Just about anyone who could sign a note was given a loan.

Since these loans were irreversibly changed into stock, the homeowner’s original loan no longer exists as an enforceable contract in court! (Notice the decline in foreclosure applications in the news.) According to Vince Khan, the author of Foreclosure Defense Guidebook, “Once a loan is closed, it quickly gets put into a PSA (Pooling and Service Agreement. This is then registered with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) as a REMIC Trust ( Real estate Mortgage Investment Conduit)… Once this REMIC if formed, it gets converted into a security that is traded on Wall Street…Your loan is now owned by thousands of shareholders all over the world.”…He adds, “furthermore, the state of the loan is changed. YOUR LOAN HAS BEEN CONVERTED INTO STOCK…..Once a loan has been securitized, it forever loses its security, i.e, the Deed of trust or the ability for the bank to foreclose on your home.”

“A loan is what’s called a negotiable instrument. There are laws governing negotiable instruments called the Uniform Commercial Code. Specifically, the right for a bank to enforce and foreclose on a property is subject to the claimant being a real party of interest. For the party to be a creditor of a negotiable instrument there needs to be a proper chain of endorsement from the original lender to the party wishing to enforce the note. If the loan has been sold, then the bank can no longer claim they are a real party of interest.

A negotiable instrument can only be in one of two states when it undergoes securitization, not both at the same time. It can either be a loan (and treated and governed as such) or a stock (and treated and governed as such.) Once it is traded as a stock, it is forever a stock. It is treated as stock and regulated by the SEC as a stock.”

In conclusion: No bank can foreclose! Any attempt to foreclose is FRAUDULENT because in court neither the bank nor the investors are the real and beneficial party of interest! To attempt to foreclose without standing is FRAUD on the court! (Note the current drop in foreclosures!)

Finally, according to various progressive economists, banks cost household nearly $20 trillion in wealth by causing bubbles and bursting them. Now, banking executives, mortgage servicers, appraisers, broker companies, and law firms have perpetuated a fraud (knowingly or unknowingly) and have gained substantially from the foreclosure scam.

With that in mind, I petition you to send a great message to the bankers who have lied to you, the American people, and committed fraud on your country and its courts; courts that should be courts of law, not courts of men.

WHAT TO DO? Declare for yourself your home free and clear of any fraud! A free home that you can occupy with NO MORE mortgage payments!

Remember: You have created the credit the bank lent you, and you created the value in your home by living there and taking care of it---Don’t let the banksters steal YOUR HOME from under you with their unlawful fraudulent practices.

You "protesters" are all HIPOCRITES! Iphones are from Apple (public company with stock traded on WALL ST), Macs are also from Apple, Android is from Google (public), HTC phones (HTC public), YouTube is owned by Google (public), servers used to host this site (Hewlett, Oracle/Sun, Dell, IBM all public), networks used to deliver data traffic (AT&T, Verizon, etc all public), CDNs to prioritize your precious videos (Akamai public). . .

My advice is to STOP USING TECHNOLOGY TO PROMOTE AND DELIVER INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CAUSE. You are helping public companies whose stocks trade on Wall St. Please stop using any products and services associated with any public company that trades on Wall St. Instead make your own pencils by growing trees, make your own lead, and create your own ads for distribution. Please remember to make your own paper as you don't want to use any products from International Paper (another public company). Also, don't use Kinkos to make copies as they are also part of a public company (Fed-ex).

All successful protests movements get involved in local politics, run local candidates for school boards, alders, councils ect.. Affect local business though boycott and consumer syndicates. Eventually elect legislators and execs. Eroding the powerbase from the bottom as you attack the top will allow capture of the middle. Verbiage and signage must be accompanied with tangible action. In the fight for public opinion, never allow an attack go without a quick and forceful counterattack.

I've been to this rodeo before. Such "open" assemblies eventually lead to co-opting as agents of various political causes begin to shape what was a genuine grassroots rebellion into a "movement" in their own image and likeness.

Raise a "big tent" for attacking big banking and financial manipulation. Keep focused on financial issues and don't digress into other no less worthy humanist and leftist causes that deserve their own forum in their own time and space.

Go out into the streets, subways, parks and colleges and RECRUIT. Ten squads of 2 people each (a woman and a man) should be able to bring in a few hundred people a day. Internet is not enough. You have to talk to people personally.
If you do that every day, and teach newcomers to recruit also, pretty soon there will be many thousands.

I think the major hangup in getting a clear message is that you are still searching for that "One Demand". As if there was a magic bullet you are trying to find. Just give up on that. Expand it to 10 demands listed in order of importance. List the #1 demand as the one you will not leave without attaining. That demand in my opinion should be to remove all private money from public elections, but thats just my opinion.

I think it is important to make "radical" demands that are tangible, reasonable, and achievable. I would suggest:

"No one should be evicted from their home by state force under a foreclosure action, unless another person is prepared to take residence."

The person taking residence could be a new buyer, renter, even a homeless person receiving government assistance. It doesn't matter, so long as we keep housing filled and don't let the banks keep properties empty without maintaining them until they molder into uselessness. This proposal does not by itself resolve the issue of ownership, but would put more pressure on banks to settle with homeowners.

The exact opposite of this policy is going on now - paying banks a subsidy (in the form of tax deduction) to bulldoze homes and turn them over to local governments as "open space". This makes sure that in the future, if "good times" return, the middle class will spend much of any restored wealth on higher rents and home prices as new housing is built, at great cost to the environment, to make up for what was so carelessly destroyed. In the short term, it removes properties from tax rolls, worsening taxes or services for the remaining homeowners.

This proposal parallels what our ancestors learned in the first Great Depression - you don't have to close down a factory simply because it has gone bankrupt. Allowing the balance books to control human behavior in such a drastic way sets off a chain reaction that worsens any economic downturn.

I was promoting this system long before the Iraq war, and this system was not even considered for Iraq.

No revolution can occur without first acknowledging social hierarchies that govern people regardless of whether their aware of it. that's why there needs to be raised consciousness and sensitivity training for people coming in. groups of people have been systematically oppressed throughout history even when the books say they were doing just fine. women, people of color, queer people, the disabled and transgender folks have been systematically pushed out of this system well before this and have been denied access to monetary and social privileges in many many different ways.... just because we're told we're all equal does not mean that people don't continue long histories of prejudice through unconscious (and sometimes completely conscious) social actions. remember that your lens has the power to be inclusive from the start... always bringing non-"normative" bodies and people to the forefront is KEY... make this accessible to all people. not just young white men. thank you!

Me: Every parliament system of every world's government is different.

Voting reformists, determine the fairness of elections, by how proportional the results are guaranteed to be.

For example, in Israel, with the D'Hondt parliament seat distribution system and a 2% threshold for winning one of the 120 seats, the maximum satisfaction level is 50% minus 60 votes. That's because 2% threshold elects half the 120 seats so the other 60 seats must receive at least one vote each minimum to elect 60 mare seats, hence "minus 60 votes" to elect the remaining 60 seats.

In the Sainte-Lague parliament seat distribution system, should Israel switch, the the satisfaction level is changed to a much fairer system.

Under the improved system in Israel, with 120 seats being elected, it's the closest way to a 121-way tie, with the first 120 names receiving 1/121th (or .826%) plus one vote, are the 120 names elected. The last person with 1/121th of the votes, did not get elected, unless one vote switches to them, in which a different person didn't get elected.

Under the latter scenario, Israel would have a 99.12% plus 120 votes satisfaction level (120 x .826% = 99.12%) which is a much higher satisfaction level than 50% minus 60 votes.

Any party receiving .826% plus one vote, would be elected. A much lower threshold (less than 1%) which is better for independent thinkers.

The 8th USA Parliament Election of 2012 will feature the Sainte-Lague parliament seat distribution system, and the first 1000 names receiving 1/1001ths plus one vote will be elected, guaranteed. The satisfaction level will be 99.9% plus 1000 votes.

Then, as quickly as multiple decisions can be nominated and ranked, all decisions receiving 50% plus one vote, will be considered approved in consecutively ranked order by the majority.

The 8th USA Parliament has elected a Queen under rule #34, the Queen rule. It's one rule in a set of consecutively ranked rules, so the Queen was elected within a set of 36 rules.

She is elected not as one Queen in a single winner district, but as a set of rules, in a 36 item district of 36 rules, elected by the biggest majority of voting MPs (members of parliament).

We need this fantasy parliament, so we can take over the government.

The two-party system elections, plurality voting, simply leaves out about 99.5% of the potential applicants/nominees, according to our recent polls. Yet in the USA Parliament's 2011 elections, the results were reversed.

The 2011 PacificNW Super-state Parliament Election elected 0% Democratic or Republican affiliated names from 114 choices:

The new system helps people work together constructively to elect all parties and independents as a team, to change things for the better, through ranked choice consensus voting.

The people of this land are no longer being represented by their elected officials, as they give way to the lobbyist and special interest groups who come to congress wielding cash, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute corpocracy over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

Article 4, section 4 of the Constitution of the United States: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

The government of the United States of America has repeatedly, against the overwhelming rejection of the people of the United States, and a few in Congress, enacted laws of which favor large corporations, and corporate profits over the well being of the people of this land. To name a few, NAFTA and CAFTA have sent many of our good paying jobs overseas as corporations seek cheap labor elsewhere, hording record profits among the elite. FTAA, MEFTA, TAFTA, and FTAAP will completely destroy the working class in this country. STOP IT NOW. Decent hard working Americans should hold these jobs.

$700,000,000,000 was given to the financial industry with absolutely no accountability, once again, overwhelmingly against the will of the people, at the expense of the people. While in the mean time, the financial industry has raised their fees on the poor, fabricated good numbers to dupe investors, and still refuses to rewrite home loans for struggling home owners. Government programs to help the people were implemented, such that, most people did not qualify. The government acted slowly in implementing the few programs that could make a difference while rushing billions to the financial industry with no accountability. The people were not represented in this matter; therefore, this amounts to taxation without representation one hundred fold larger than all of the taxation issues leading up to the Declaration of Independence. The government of the United States, which is constitutionally allowed to coin its own currency at 0% interest, has elected to contract with the Federal Reserve Corporation, with no transparency, to print its money while using our tax dollars to pay interest to the corporation, once again, at the expense of the people. During this time of crisis, food prices have soared, and fuel companies are allowed to charge ridiculous prices without regard to the damage being done to the working class of our country, which bear the brunt of this mess. Monopoly utility companies, insurance companies, and which ever companies want rate increases are getting them without challenge, as their lobbyists are dictating policy in Washington. Competition in our markets has been replaced by consortiums, which dictate pricing and who are gouging the people on the basic necessities of life, such as electricity, food and fuel, effectively executing the systemic and willful destruction of the working class in our society. Lies are being perpetrated against the American people right now as the government and FED chairman tell us the economy is rebounding. Falsely inflated balance sheets, and massive government injection into financial markets are only improving the economy for the big banks and big corporations as conditions continue to deteriorate for the rest of the country. THE GREED AND CORRUPTION MUST STOP NOW!

Someone, pick up a $2.00 calculator, figure out what the average American family has to spend just to exist, then understand that we are not spending, simply because we don’t have it to spend. Not because we are hording it like your prized financial institutions are, but because your prized institutions and corporations have been bleeding us dry all in the name of PROFITS while not creating the decent paying jobs they promised. Escalating fees, costs, and expensive legislation being crammed down our throats is rapidly outpacing wages, which is a direct result of poor legislation, which repeatedly represents corporate and special interests over the common sense good of the people. Your economists are incompetent to not see the disaster that is occurring in the working class of this nation. These afflictions are unconstitutional, and as some would say, treasonous against the very people of the United States of America.

Such a government no longer represents a republic, is no longer a government of the people for the people, but has become a corporatocracy, (We beg anyone to prove different) thus violating our constitutional guarantee of a republican form of government, of which, we the people demand is reinstated in these United States of America.

The government of the United States, against constitutional requirements, repeatedly refuses to protect our borders from intrusion after overwhelming requests from the public and from the governors of states directly affected, as referenced in article 4 section 4 of the Constitution of the United States of America.

The former president of our nation, George W. Bush deceived our nation with false intelligence, into an unjust war with another nation, to which our brave men and women faithfully executed their duties, some giving the ultimate sacrifice to their country under deception. All while his Vice President directly benefited from defense contracts received by Halliburton, a serious conflict of interest and case of corruption.

We The People respectfully request that Congress, in its full authority, make right the wrongdoings against the People of the United States of America by honoring your oath of office and commitment to the Constitution of the United States of America, and by enacting legislation to correct the following items, which you have thus far refused to do:

Section 1. The Constitution

Remove corporatism, restore the republic and the constitution as the law of the land. Do not allow socialism to replace corporatism, but restore to us our republic. Quit fabricating word definitions to circumvent the intent of the constitution. Instill term limits in Congress, and take the same healthcare and retirement you say is sufficient for us. Remove the use of Czars in government offices, or are you implying a dictatorship, which must ultimately be eliminated. Stop all efforts toward a “New World Order” and One World Government. We the People will NOT be held hostage to rules fabricated by people outside of our land without our consent. Eminent domain shall NEVER be granted to a corporation for its own profit. Quit enacting legislation full of irrelevant subject matter (pork) that benefits a select few of the population at the expense of the People. When a four-page document can free a nation, it shall not take 1,200 pages to write an energy bill, this amounts to 1,150 pages of garbage, being shoved down the throat of the American people.

Section 2. Corruption

Institute a separation of industry and state, thereby, outlawing corporate lobbying and campaign contributions by businesses, or entities representing businesses. PAC accounts shall be closed since Congressmen refuse to legitimately utilize the funds, and corruptly use them for personal benefit. Repeal decisions allowing corporations to become persons or individuals, thus allowing them to exert their influence in policy matters, which time and time again, have proven to solely benefit a small minority of people at the expense of the real people of this nation. Monitor large corporations, and enact legislation to prevent corporations from becoming “Too big to fail”. Political advisors shall be of the majority, and not of the corporations, as ex CEOs do not advise presidents and congressmen to the good of the people, but to the good of the corporation at the expense of the people. IE corruption. Allow small business to be competitive against large business by shifting tax burden from small to large business. Corporate giants, at an alarming rate, are assimilating or destroying small businesses. Corporations shall not use credit reports of workers to deny them their right to work. International corporations shall have NO influence in our legislation. Stop enacting and reverse trade agreements that take our jobs away from us, and allow large international corporations to destroy our nation with high unemployment, lower paying jobs, and higher profit margins, once again, on the backs of American workers and small businesses, all while providing inferior products of which they no longer stand behind. This effectively circumvents excise and import taxes and unconstitutionally shifts the burden to the taxpayer. STOP sending vast quantities of money to other countries, foreigners, and non- U.S. citizens while denying grants and help to citizens who have worked all their lives and are experiencing hard times. Take care of our own, especially our Veterans. Audit the Federal Reserve System, and publicize the results of such audit. If deemed damaging to the people of the United States of America, by the people, Abolish the Federal Reserve Corporation, and demand restitution for the damage done to our country, seizing assets if necessary, and holding those usurpers responsible for treason. Overhaul the tax system to adhere to the Constitution of the United States. A full inventory and full accountability of the gold reserves in the United States should be conducted and made public. This gold belongs to the people of the United States of America, and we reserve the right to know where our nations wealth is

Section 3. Regulation

Regulate critical infrastructure services such as utilities to force them to benefit the consumer over the shareholder. Their concern should be if everyone could afford their utility, not their profit margin, especially since many of them are a monopoly at a local level. We expect less government intrusion into healthcare, and more regulations for insurance companies, and food manufacturers manipulating their labeling, if the label says no trans fat then there shall be NO trans fat, not less than, simply NO trans fat.

Section 4. Security

Secure our borders, and repeal the Patriot Act. We deserve the protection of a secure nation without intrusion. Use our troops to protect our borders without the need for the Patriot Act. Millions of illegal aliens crossing our borders at will constitutes an invasion, of which, the federal government is not meeting its constitutional obligation to protect those states from such invasion; thereby, using these reasons to illegally spy on our own countrymen.

From the Massachusetts Constitution of 1780 “Article I. All men are born free and equal, and have certain natural, essential, and unalienable rights; among which may be reckoned the right of enjoying and defending their lives and liberties; that of acquiring, possessing, and protecting property; in fine, that of seeking and obtaining their safety and happiness.” We The People reserve this right as the Constitution of the United States of America permits.

Let it be known that We The People of the United States of America are exercising our rights, our duty, to hereby petition the government of the United States of America to alter its policies of corporatism and corruption, and restore to us the republic of which the flag of the United States of America stands for, and to obey the obligations as set fourth in the Constitution of the United States of America.

We The People cannot abide by the determinations of the United States in Congress assembled, on all questions, until the United States in Congress assembled restores to the people of the land in jurisdiction, the republic, of which, is guaranteed to us in the Constitution of the United States of America. Our brave men and women have fought and died for the freedom and liberty of people in many foreign lands, we shall not see our children live in tyranny, poverty and slavery tomorrow for the benefit of a select few today. We are a country of the people for the people, and we expect our government, which we faithfully supported for 232 years, to enact its legislation to benefit the greater good of the majority of this land over the special interests of a select few. Lets work together to end the corruption before it destroys our nation. We the People are uniting once again for a greater common cause; you are either with us or against us. We demand honesty in government, and a separate committee be established to review and determine the constitutional compliance of all the laws written in the last 100 years, and abolish what is deemed unconstitutional, without question, since our elected officials do not read the bills they are signing.

They don't care that this protest is going on. Its not clear by the 99% to them that we are unhappy. They are unhappy to. They just lack the balls to do anything SERIOUS about this. They live in fear just as you do, fear of this country and its government. We will be joke and take a back seat to the rest of the world unless we can stand up and FIGHT for what we believe in. There is no way the media can ignore a serious fight from our end.

These demands are in great part bullshit imo. Capitalism is inseparable from corporatism. Ever heard of company towns? Capitalist "freedom" is as much of a sham as bolshevik "socialism". Socialism is worker control of the means of production. Is anyone entitled to your labor? If you say no, then why are you enshrining a system of bosses and landlords?

Because of three main reasons reasons: 1) Government writes corporate laws, and voters elect the government. 2) Shareholders and directors of corporations need to use advanced voting systems to improve corporations. 3) Someone needs to spell this out, because many people don't think it's important.
