Why hasn't the Government pursued all of the commissions (earned) by every person associated with the Banks that sold the mortgage securities? I have lost over $8M
due to the criminal fraudulent acts of these Banks, everyone should have to pay, not just the firms or the CEOs. As a real estate developer, we were given no advanced warning regarding the fraud.
