It is my understanding that "amplified sound" is not allowed at Zuccotti Park.
So in order to make your voice heard w/o having to use human microphones is to use many sound speakers - here is the catch, the "drivers" will be set so that the output sound intensity (Decibels) of each individual speaker will be equal to that of the average human voice. Now simply add more and more speakers each with it's own "driver" the net effect will be greater output sound intensity.
You can make the argument that it isn't amplified sound, since none of the speakers amplifies your voice and you can demonstrate it objectively with a sound meter. This is equivalent to a human microphone.
