Bump this simple message often and do it. Take the apparent power from the trolls by ignoring them. I guarantee they will go away.
Proudly I say : I will reelect Mr. President Barack Obama !
It's so hard not to respond to them. They're really good at bating.
One thing to remember:
If they are trolling a worthy post, you can go ahead and argue with them... It only helps bump the OP.
Just 'bump' instead of reply. i.e. a new post will bump just as well as a reply to their message.
Yes, but I happen to excel at eviscerating trolls with sound logic and making them look completely stupid.
So I might as well.
Me too, and you may actually change somebody's mind and educate. Poor education is not necessarily their fault.
Keep a count on the converts. :-)
That's so true.
Especially with our educational system in the shambles that it's in.
Here's a recent favorite. http://occupywallst.org/forum/a-little-perspective-please/#comment-187521 These trolls are polluting all the discussions going on, somebody really needs to organize to keep it in check. My hope, even though it expands their ridiculous posts, is that by combatting the trolls and confronting them in some cases, it will bring up many good discussions, which leads to further understanding by me, them, and all who read. And since there are no mods, I feel it is important.
Yes, but just be wary of letting such discussions inadvertently 'bump' troll threads to the top of the forum.
You're right, I just responded to my last one.
Good idea. I'm in. bump!!!
Dear MadAsHellTX:
The very fact your here says it all. The more time you spend here than sucking the tea party" tea bag" is an indication that you are bored. I understand that and suggest you go back to ur job, push thru whatever it is you do an let people trying to change things carry on. BTW arn't you late for the pheasant shoot with Rick Perry ? I hope his aim is better than yours...
bump this idiot

you sir, are a prime example of what is wrong with the OWS movement
Outstanding speech by Chris Hedges:
http://youtu.be/b8yKu0QD71Q
the sun cuts through the naked dome
and bakes the earth to stone
keeping eyes cast to the ground
I push the plow tip down
'
life is like a furrowed field
line next to line next to line
and I will go on plowing
'til the end of time
as rule for forum building
I am careful to make sure anyone taking the time to post a new thread got at least one response
But the some OWS will read their stuff, so if you can't resist put a simple great link or statement on there?
Wow, what a honeypot in here...
There isn't anyone else here besides trolls. Haven't you noticed yet? The good news is that unemployment among astroturfers is at an all time low. That's how corporate America is solving this crisis.
Move on from this thread...don't get stuck posting in here where the "truth" about the OWS will never be read.....back to the forum...all of you!

All OWS will reelect Obama (User Submitted) Posted Oct. 22, 2011, 6:41 p.m. EST (2 hours ago) by obamaosama
Barack Obama, US president, offered more support for protesters against the global financial system after a weekend of demonstrations in cities around the world, but called on them not to “demonise” those who worked on Wall Street.
On Sunday, Mr Obama honoured Martin Luther King at a dedication to a new memorial on National Mall in Washington. Referring to protests that have spread from Wall Street to London, Rome and elsewhere, Mr Obama said: “Dr King would want us to challenge the excesses of Wall Street without demonising those who work there.” Mr Obama had previously said the protests “express the frustration” of ordinary Americans with the financial sector

Your post is zero itself
I think what nocasualobserver really means is if you don't reply then you don't have to defend a useless hippie movement that is dying as he or she doesn't reply.

Seriously?
Nocasualobserver is right! They will go away.....when the OWS goes away.
