A Zero Contributions Campaign Finance Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is a mechanism by which the 99% can regain representation in their government (www.campaignfinanceamendment.org).
This is a part of the Zero Commandment of the Greatest American Founding Fathers on Mount Rushmore proposed well before the US Supreme Court ruled to allowing the the greedy corporate to buy the vote and eventually the whole government. The Zero Commandment is not supposed to be amendable. There must be line drawn between buying and free speech. I am a strong supporter to the falling heroes and feel judicial treason in Phelps v. Snyder must be overturned by people or Congress.
Since the U.S Supreme Court ruled that contributions are free speech, this amendment would redefine contributions as 'not speech'.
