Please give us a little more information about yourself.

What was your major? When did you graduate? Do you have any work history at all? In what fields have you worked? What's your dream job? What days and hours are you available to work? What are your wage needs? What state do you currently live in? Are you a citizen and available to work immediately? Do you have any type of criminal background that would prevent your ability to pass a background study?

My major was general studies with a concentration in law and society have a semester of law school. I would love too someday own my own business again. Owned a lawn care business and have sold cars for years. As far as the background check I will fail have a misdemeanor record for assualt due to a medical condition am bipolar. Have devised a way society can rectify this injustice to the benefit of all but my representatives have done nothing which is why I'm attracted to the movement. I live in ny can relocate and can start next week.

The movement aside, are you actually looking for employment or are you trying to make some point with your post?

I assume your medical conditional is treated?

Please answer the remainder of my questions. Wage needs? Days and Hours available?

I have open positions in SE Minnesota in the healthcare field

No sir my post is genuine. Yes sir my condition is treated quite well with todays new medication. I'm available 6 days a week 10-12 hours a day. Wage requirement somewhere above the poverty line where I live now. Minnesota would be fine can start the end of next week.

Don't run a business sorry. I'll be looking soon as well once my current contract is up. Good luck.

You are not going to find a decent job without a good resume... a resume is how you present yourself to the company you are applying a job with.

I handle the hiring for my company, this is my point of view, the person doing the actual hiring.

When I put out a job posting I will usually get several dozen responses. There are plenty of responses with good resumes, if someone comes to me with no resume I won't even consider their application. If you don't take the time to give me your information in a proper resume then I won't take the time to review your application, I have 20 other people who did give me their resume that I have to choose from.

You have to be creative and find ways to stand out from all the other resumes and make a lasting impression.

Unfortunately I'm not hiring right now as we are fully staffed. I did want to give you a perspective on what employers look for during the hiring process, I find a well written resume is what gets my attention.

The last person I hired came into my office in person with a resume, he happened to be highly qualified for the position and I did hire him.

The people who come in person to deliver their resume are usually the ones I remember the most, it helps to put a face with the resume.

Mind you I run a small business and this may not be possible with a large corporation where you can't meet the person doing the hiring. I find you do have to go out there and bust it to find a job, when you are not working your full time job needs to be finding a job and going out there 8+ hours a day 5+ days a week. It's hard not to get discouraged, never give up, you only need one yes!

I wish you the best of luck. I know it's tough right now but the diligent and well prepared do find jobs.
