I am not a member, of this movement that is down on wall street. But I am a supporting member that follows supports, and passes on information about Occupy Wall Street any chance I get. I am on the west coast, and I have been noticing that the summer is giving way to fall and winter is not to far behind. You dont have to be a rocket scientist to know that winters in New York can be snowy and cold.

So my question is what needs to be done to keep this movement going, through the winter?

If blankets and coast are collected where can they be sent? How can we ensure that our fellow Americans that are fighting for all of America .Will be kept warm this winter?

We need to get more organized.

Churches and unions (like the Teachers) must be approached about opening their doors to shelter Occupiers.

We need some kind of shift system, or place where people can go to warm up.

The address to ship things like blankets is on the front page of the site.

From what I understand they are receiving lots of supplies, but I'm sure there's a place on the site here where you can learn about it. The easiest thing to do is donate using the DONATE button. I'm sure every couple of bucks helps.
