This is from a Venezuelan opposition blog. The title means "Why help the regime?" (¿POR QUÉ AYUDAN AL RÉGIMEN?)
"...el régimen usa la consulta pública sólo para dar apariencia de legitimidad a sus leyes totalitarias y que quienes participan terminan haciéndose cómplices de esta táctica perversa de usar a la gente en su propia destrucción?"
In English: ...the regime uses public consultation only to give the appearance of legitimacy to its totalitarian laws. Those who participate are accomplices to this perverse tactic that uses the people to destroy themselves.
Sounds like the US.
