Why don't we just move the location and clean the park, then move back?
Yes, like an army, keep moving from location to location, periodically (once a month), until they accept that you have constitutional right to Public Assembly and that they have constitutional responsibility to provide the place of that Public Assembly.
I like this idea..find another public space. That could work.
Unless they want human sacrifices.
Unfortunately Zucotti Park is not a public space. And that is in fact why you all have been allowed to stay. The entity that owns that space has been gracious enough to leave you all alone. As soon as you try to move it to a public space, I'm pretty positive the local government will find a way to shut you down.
Exactly!! And if no one is allowed to "lie down", just set up shifts for people to sit in chairs and talk and chant and hold signs all night. Like hospital shifts; you don't have to sleep to occupy and it would help take care of the cold/rain issue, too. I hope this is done!
prolly the best idea, even from the start. the moment you saw pigs. go somewhere they aren't. make them chase you around town.
don't let them coral you, and don't try to actually hold turf for longer than a few minutes. fade out of sight to sleep, don't try to sleep in the parks thats pretty much survival 101 your vulnerable to attack while sleeping.
the smart game is to occupy all of the whole area, keep moving pretty much all of the time, and let them push you out only to show up some place else and then let them push you out of there and go back.
judo people. use the opponents force against them. make those pigs lose some weight chasing you around town. make a giant loop of it. let them chase you away and then loop back around. use their force against them by allowing it to simply create a new impetus for occupying 3 blocks away.
