I am here because there are starving children on my T.V. set, and I have become desensitized to seeing it.

I am here because I genuinely stress more about my gas bill, than the fact that my planet is dying.

I am here for boy soldiers and little girls used as sex slaves, I am here because as a witness, on some level, I actually accept it's existence.

I am here because the people who lead, conduct criminal activity in my name, murdering, stealing, raping, pillaging and oppressing.

I am here because I am made to feel, as if, there is NOTHING I can do about it....

I occupy, because I WILL NOT be desensitized to the suffering of others!

I occupy, because I WILL NOT watch my mother, the earth be destroyed!

I occupy, because I WILL NOT and CANNOT accept the rape and abuse of our children ANY MORE!

I occupy, because the people who lead, DO NOT lead me.

I occupy, because there IS something I can do....

OCCUPY EVERYTHING.

WE ARE THE WORLD. WE ARE WATCHING.
