When a drunk drive runs over a child who do we blame, The car or the driver ? a machine can do nothing until a human operates it

Read the Rules

You realize that this is a terrible argument if you are for an unregulated 2nd Amendment. If you research death by drunken driving, you'll see that the number of deaths has went down as the number of regulations has gone up.

When Americans cannot drink and drive without putting other Americans in danger, regulations were implemented to ensure public safety. Your analogy is a perfect argument for regulations. I have seen that silly bumper sticker analogy posted all over the internet by gun enthusiasts, and it makes me think that not many people have given the parallels much thought.

things will change

Then why do they lose their license to drive? Because these people can't have the weapon in their hands. Get it?

[-] -2 points by town (-374) 5 years ago

taking away the license doesnt prevent someone driving without one.
