Senate kills anti outsourcing bill

Check out the link

It's disgusting that these bastards put corporate interests above the interests of middle class Americans and it's even more disgusting that the media barely mentions this.

NO!
They do what we all do - the work for their employers - the 1%

would they do it if the money stopped?
I doubt it
Do you want to stop the money?

Virtually everything we want hinges on disarming our opponent –
……………………………………………………..GREED
by stopping the flood of bribes into our government.

Are you ready

Are you ready
......................TO JOIN 80% OF YOUR FELLOW AMERICANS ?

We must not
DEMAND that we WANT THEM.to give to US
We must
DEMAND GOALS THAT WE WILL ACHIEVE FOR OURSELVES

Because of the Supreme Court's decision,
we cannot accomplish anything significant, without FIRST -

Overturning Citizens United !!!
Ending Corporate Personhood !!!

80% of Americans already agree on it
as stated in the ABC/Washington Post poll

In the the PFAW Poll -

85% of voters say that corporations have too much influence over the political system today.
77% think Congress should support an amendment to limit the amount corporations can spend on elections.
74% say that they would be more likely to vote for a candidate for Congress who pledged to support a Constitutional Amendment limiting corporate spending in elections.

COMMENTS ON THE ABOVE ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED

IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO ACT ----> JOIN US TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Our primary goal should be to elect representatives who support a constitutional amendment to counter Supreme Court decision Citizens United (2010) , that enables unlimited amounts of anonymous money to flood into our political system.
We don’t have to explain or persuade people to accept our position – we only have to persuade them to ACT based on their own position. Pursuing this goal will prove to the world that we, at OWS, are a serious realistic Movement, with serious realistic goals. Achieving this goal will make virtually every other goal – jobs, taxes, infrastructure, Medicare – much easier to achieve –
by disarming our greatest enemy – GREED.

IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO ACT ----> JOIN US TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

I feel that using the tactics of the NRA, the AARP, the TP, the anti-SOPA – who all represent a minority – who have successfully used their voting power and political pressure to achieve their minority goals - is a straight path for us to success that cannot fail to enable us to create and complete one task that the MAJORITY want.

The entire congress and POTUS signed three more free trade agreements right after OWS started. I mentioned it at a GA in Tampa as a reminder that there is no one out there with power who is listening, who gives a shit, so start getting your own things going.

The media didnt cover that either.

"so start getting your own things going"

Can you elaborate on this? It seems the masses don't have any voice at all. Your vote is meaningless if the pols are doing whatever they want to, regardless of ethics or morality. unfortunately, I can see this country getting to a point where some politicians and CEO's will be hanging from trees in the not too distant future if we don't start getting some representation.

Half the things CEO's do are mandated by Washington DC in one form or another. So, when the results turn out bad, you really should start to wonder who to blame.

We have so many fricken laws today, that the unintended consequences that are a result should be no surprise. Health insurance bills that are 2,700 pages long and financial legislation bills (Dodd-Frank) that are 2,000 pages long are just nutz. Businesses big and small are going blind trying to decipher them. It's no wonder things are being outsourced. You go blind trying to figure out how to deal with pages and pages of rules and not get the feds on your ass. We've gone waaaaaaay overboard on nanny state in this country. It's sick.

BTW Chris Dodd and Barney Frank are some of the very reasons the housing industry collapsed and now they're writing more financial regulation. W T F?

I think the people are going to attack each other before they unite against the ones that cause this.

What I meant with that was to start getting your lives together, get your mind right, and start trying to create things that are outside this perverse D/R scam. Everything starts at a local level with organizing. We talked at OccTampa that at the very least, everyone had created a solid network of people that could ban together to help each other out.

I saw this yesterday but doesn't seem to be a big item on the msm.

obviously repubs are most concerned helping big corp 1% plutocrats who benefit most from the cheap labor abroad.
