Winston Churchill knew that we Americans ALWAYS took care of the national security threat but ONLY after exhausting all other options. As for a nuclear bomb for Wall Street, huh, are you in your right mind? On the flash, I for one would run away from glass windows, duck under cover if indoors, and after the shockwave or still outdoors run into a concrete building's basement to wait out the fallout! There will always be time to take care of "business" later. Now you know one sample response. My advice is for you not to be obsessed with nuclear bombs. They are mostly "impotent and obsolete," an albatross on any country's present and future well being (they need top security protection, decay and become unreliable, and if ever used could provoke disastrous response, so it looks like a bottomless money pit that spews cancers). I would not be surprised that the owner country would be the likeliest one to nuke itself accidentally.
I get the image that the cold wet cats outdoors meow to get indoors while the cats indoors meow to get outdoors. The rain is not cat-specific but only if the cats were smart enough to know that!
Why not just take down the power line to the NYSE instead? That way I won't have to endure the fallout.
