I was looking into the subject of performing a citizens arrest on a misbehaving police officer (generally ill advised) and came across this page. Figured I'd post it here where someone may benefit.

Wow, you know that really gives good insight to a lot of common sense that people (when in a situation like that) can't always think of right away. This is just informing people of their basic natural rights. And yes the article states that we have the right to remain silent, we don't have to speak if we do not want to. Very nice article. I like the way that everything is imposed in a calming matter.
