First of all, I want you to get bank statements that include any records of any banks that stole from you (i.e. Smells Fargo, Wack-o-Via, Skank of America, etc.). In fact, you may want to get every bank record any banks have of your transactions with them. It doesn't matter how far back in time the records go. Next, find as many discrepancies as you can, regardless of how far back in time they go. Next, write statements about what they did to you, including dates, times, who you've spoken to, and any other details you can get, then sign that statement and mail it to me at 222 West 21st St. #229 Norfolk, VA. 23517, or scan the statements and send it to my e-mail address at ThomasTheGreat@live.com. Include your name, address, phone number(s), e-mail, and signature. I am collecting such information for evidence to be forwarded to the FDIC and the Federal Consumer Affairs Department. If you like, you can call your bank’s reps. on the phone and record them trying to defend their actions, then send me a copy of what you have recorded on a CD along with your signed statement. You can also walk into any of those banks with a recording device on and confront these pigs, while recording their corrupt justification attempts. Next, get as many people as you can to do the same things, and have them send me copies of their statements and copies of their CD's (if applicable), also. Eventually, we band together in a class action civil suit against these banks, after we have collected evidence from each other, as well as results from the FDIC and the Federal Consumer Affairs Department. At this stage, the press will be heavily involved, as well. We then pressure the senate to prosecute these banks for their counts of fraud, breach of contract, and embezzlement. I want the FDIC to intervene, I want the Federal Consumer Affairs Department to intervene, I want civil courts to intervene, I want the press to intervene, I want the senate to intervene, and I want criminal courts to intervene.
