Forum Post: What Mistakes have the MSM made so far in regards to #OWS?

This content is user submitted and not an official statement

I'll just post a couple for starters, but I'm sure there's plenty there for all of us to discuss.

THE BIG OBVIOUS ONE is not reporting honestly about #OWS on May Day. Even the quite conservative discussion boards I visit are aware of the blatant bullshit coming from the MSM regarding May Day protests and marches.

THE SECOND ONE is the bridge bombing fiasco. If that is the best the FBI can fabricate, given the time scale they had to play with, then maybe the BIG DUMBING DOWN has effected their recruits more than anyone elses. Just saying.

Post away, people.

I think the biggest mistake is that MSM doesn't get OWS at all. They are very frustrated by this movement because it doesn't fit into the molds they are used to. They just cannot wrap their heads around it and so report on it as if it should be this or should be that.

Ya know something? You may have convinced me that the main stream media isn't on your side.

Hmmm, so you're saying that maybe they aren't actually making mistakes?

Interesting theory. hehehehe

Well yes I know the MSM makes "mistakes". But whose side are they making mistakes for?

Who knows? But the execs on wall street were certainly not entertaining thoughts of compassion during the following video, from way back when it all began. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEjGx6TZdAc

It's not a new one, but in regards to your second one, there may be more truth to your dumbing-down statement than you realize. I was on another website a few days ago reading a comment about a job fair at some college. An applicant for the CIA was turned down for employment even though he was much more qualified than the guy that was hired. When he asked the recruiter why, the recruiter showed him the resume from the winner. When the guy seemed puzzled, the recruiter said, "You don't see it? Take a closer look at the resume. It's obvious" Still clueless, the recruiter pointed to the bullet list. "See there? It's clear as glass. You used dots for your bullet points. This guy used these fancy arrows."

I shit you not.

I actually have little trouble believing this statement, gnomunny.

The org wouldn't want people that can actually think for themselves on the job.

Would make the black flag ops that much more trouble to keep secret.

Very good point. It's crazy when an organization deliberately chooses the lesser candidate, isn't it? It seems like that alone points to a serious flaw.

Here's the page for those a bit more skeptical. I paraphrased, of course, but the essence is there:
